KFC in Southwark

This deserves 0 stars so bad!!!The wrap tastes so dry and is crunchy like where’s the chicken???And don’t even get me started on their burgers so trash.Please tell me why there was a pigeon on the floor walking about- this place is so trash:((You have to go elsewhere to recieve good service

DONT EVERRR GO TO THIS KFCCC WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 . People don’t care about keeping the place tidy this food here has been here since I’ve been at this store and no one decided to clean up this mess . This shouldn’t even be a one star I’m absolutely disgusted fix up people . Ordering process took 15 minutes.I KNOW FOR A FACT IM GETTING FOOD POISONING

Dirtiest Toilet I have ever seen in the UK.All tables are messy. Floor is full of rubbish.It looks like Bangladesh or Indian local food outlet.Boycott such outlets to force KFC to maintain the standard.

Always a pleasure going to this store. A massive pay rise must be given to the lady with the glasses, manager? Deals with customers and untrained staff in a very assertive and polite manner. Too my foreign staff with poor English leads to orders not being take properly.

1. Staff at till didn't register all the items I ordered. But they managed to push meal add ons and extras to every customer. Literally after every sentence asking to add this or upgrade to that.2. Lady at the front had a full on argument with a delivery driver and was shouting at them in front of waiting customers. Also was rude to everyone she came into contact with.3. Wings were old and were hard/dry.4. No cleanup at all. Tables and bins were overflowed with previous customers meals, I couldn't even throw my trash away.5. Giving 2 stars instead of one because other items in my meal were okay.There was a sign at the til saying to expect a disruption to service and to not harass staff, without actually explaining the reason.Whatever the reason, it doesn't excuse this poor service or behaviour. Besides, it's clear where their priority lies, as they can have till staff trying to push the whole menu onto every customer but can't clear tables...

Possibly the most depressing place on earth. Definitely the worst KFC food. I've never seen such a messy dirty KFC and the staff DNGAF about service quality hygiene or anything else actually.

I wish I had a look on some of the reviews here before going there today. Same situation they got my order totally wrong (the chicken looked very burn!). I never had a problem with KFC before. Definitely my first and last time going here. I hope I didn’t catch food poisoning🤢

Staff where very rude. Forgot our drinks. Wouldn’t allow use to order just legs and thighs never had a problem in any other kfc branches. Toilets where disgusting. tables not cleaned down properly. I would of put 0 stars if was an option

This bin has been over flowing and has not been emptied all day. There is a lack of staff serving with only 1 person serving and 1 in the back. In the end my wait time on an order was over 20mins. This franchise needs to look into.Poor service is the main factor. I would like the area manager to come see for themselves how bad it is.

Food was disgusting. I could not finish my chicken .Extremely poor service .employees were too busy chatting to each other instead of acknowledging customers. Toilets was disgusting. Do not go to this KFC unless you want food poisoning.
