My favourite pub in South London. Great beer, brilliant food and friendly bar staff :)

I sat whilst waiting for my husband to have a medical procedure. Staff were lovely and welcoming. I enjoyed people watching. I am from Plymouth so it was nice to sit and watch the locals. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time and would most definitely recommend to others.

Nice pub, lovely landlord who is super proud of his beers. I was in there a few weeks back, had a Timothy Taylor Landlord or three, one of my all time fave pints. It was fantastic, possibly the best I've ever had. Heading down tonight to see what's on.

Super friendly staff and good beer! You can’t ask for more . It is very well located close to Borough market and more affordable than other pubs

Great little pub located off the high st. Had a great feast of Sunday roasts, I'll let others elaborate more on their selection of ales. Not too busy not too crowded but definitely worth a nice little break away from the borough market crowd.

Beautiful old pub. Bit small, but that's part of the charm. Always try to pop in here when out around London Bridge, as it is such a lovely place; with the perfect mixture of old school pub, and modern comforts, and rarely completely rammed. Good choice of drinks, and staff that have always been friendly, and fast. Don't want to recommend it too highly, as would selfishly like it not to be too well known; but it, and its staff, fully deserve 5 stars

Really enjoyed my visit here. Lovely traditional vintage pub which feels a bit like your granny’s front room in places. It’scdown a side street and there’s a few outdoor tables too. Quality establishment.
