Leon - More London in Southwark

Went for brunch, loved my banana date porridge. Very comforting on a cold day! Really appreciating the unlimited serving (despite not having gotten seconds, I think the option to is nice), and the oat chai was lovely!! Looking forward to returning for dinner one day

Ordered a coffee, the team member taking my order advised there would be a delay of 5 minutes which was fine. I stood to one side to check phone and became aware a minute later that someone was screeching LATTE at me. I apologised for my lack of attention explaining I was expecting a delay and the barista huffed aggressively at me and turned away mid sentence. I will go to the Greg's next time which had a much longer queue but after my experience here I can see why.

A bland box with rice and some pieces of chicken, and a side of soggy fries. Served by a woman who couldn't care less. Waste of time and money.

Great food but the busy location meant lots of mistakes on orders, and less customer service than you would like :/

This Leon continues to disappoint. Other Leons are generally fine but everytime I give this one another chance it's a failure. Waffle fries cold, burger drowning in sauce, unfriendly service. It's not a Leon problem, but something wrong with this one in particular

Went there with the family to grab something to eat on the train ride home, Sunday early evening.Service was mediocre, not overly attentive or helpful.Food was prepared quickly.Unfortunately it was of poor quality. Paltry amount of chicken (just 4 small shreds), dried out and barely warm. A whole 3 pomegranate seeds in my rice, also barely warm. The overall flavours were seriously lacking, bordering tasteless.The fries were limp, soggy and underwhelming.For what was received it was certainly overpriced.If I'm ever looking for food around there again it'll be a meal deal from elsewhere.

Used to grab a quick snack here regularly on the way home but no vegan options available so time to move on unfortunately. Regarding the owner's reply below, I asked a girl behind the counter whether there were any vegan options for sale and she said "No" so either a training or supply issue. Either way, my comments remain the same

An exercise in hopelessness. They have touchscreens to place an order (wooo!) that unfortunately don't work. I had to try three different ones before I managed to make an order. And then.... they tell me they don't have items I ordered! Wasted 10 minutes for nothing.

The typical Leon fries are soft. The ones I was served were hard as stone. They must kept it in the heater for too long. The Korean chicken burger was also not as fresh as typically. It looked dry too.They also “forgot” to give me any dip/sauce to fries which is advertised as such.
