Another little gem in south London. I have been here before, and the food there is still absolutely delicious. I was impressed how our waitress went the extra mile to make sure my friend's dietary needs were met. A friendly, family service; pleased to support it.

went here to celebrate father and daughter birthdays on friday 13th august....food was great when it eventually arrived (at least 60+ mins between starter and main) very busy with deliveroo/take away which seems to take priority as not very busy with table service..however this is a family run business and daughter works hard serving on her own so would recommend just be prepared to wait...price was reasonable approx 20 dishes between 7 people plus drinks £220

Tried this out last night. Seeing there was only a single staff, we patiently waited to get a seat. It was worth it! The staff (wasnt able to get her name), multi tasked and was able to serve everyone. She was on her own and it was full but we were attended well. I'd like to commend her professionalism and great work. The food is delicious! We will definitely go back. I love the beef PAD PRIG GANG (very hot and spicy) and also the chicken PANANG curry which is sweet and mild. The SALA BAO are soft and very tasty too :-)

Absolutely brilliant place. It's a family business food is always so fresh we love the pork steam buns and pad noodles. The lady serving is so kind and nice every time we will be coming back as often as we can!!!! She even remembered our preferences!

I LOVE THIS PLACEI've been going here for about 10-15 years. I was disappointed when I moved from the area but thank god for Deliveroo. This is a family run business so it's been fun seeing the kids grow up. The food is fantastic and my favorites are Pad Thai Chicken and Khanom Jeep with Sweet Pickles. Their Cocktails are great to. I'm looking forward to my Sisters birthday as we plan on going there.

This place is delicious! It's very easy to walk past it though. Small family run business, price are around £13 for a curry when you add the rice.I like sweet food, so they were able to make a red curry which had pineapple. The lady which greeted me was very nice too and went to talk to the chef to see if she could alter my dish for me.The tap water I ordered had ice which is a novelty! Trust me. So many other places are stingy with their ice! lolI could do with a slightly bigger portion of rice, but what I had would be brilliant for most people.

Beautiful Thai cuisine in the heart of Dulwich. This understated, gem of a restaurant serves fabulous dishes that will impart a zing to your tastebuds. We enjoyed a quiet midweek meal here, which was perfect in every detail. Subsequently, I've upgraded my rating from 4, to 5 stars.original review:Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere at times bordering on the rumbustious (we went on a Saturday evening). The food was fabulous; I had the sea bass green curry, and I though it was especially delicious.Years ago it used to be called Sema Thai; it's a bit smarter now, though; it's lovely that Lux Thai have retained the same genuine, home cooking feel that Sema Thai managed to embue - you really feel that you're eating authentic Thai cooking.

Not really sure where the bad reviews came from! We were a bit wary due to the 3.5 stars on Google but definitely shouldn't have been! 6 of us had fantastic meals (can't recommend the pad Thai enough) and were really well looked after by our waitress who even brought out a sesame dip for me for prawn crackers when she found out I didn't like spice! Treated ourselves to ice cream afterwards and it was great! The staff were all great, and although it's not the fanciest of restaurants, I thought the atmosphere was fine!

Fantastic food and polite service. I go here as often as I can, even though I live in West Wickham, it's worth the drive. I love the King prawn Penang, which, even though is no longer on the menu, they make it for me. It may not be the most ambient of places but it's clean, reasonably priced and most importantly the food is amazing. My brother visits Thailand often and said the food is better than in Thailand! My two sons, aged 20 and 33 love it here as well.
