Absolute gem in Central London and I say that as somebody who has frequently been sorely disappointed by fish and chips in this city. The bread+butter, gherkins, pickled onions and prawns you get for free as a starter is a lovely (generous!) touch too.Cannot recommend enough for a genuinely affordable and filling eat

Good fish & chips restaurant. Despite being very crowded, with us arriving in a 40+ group, service was quick and efficient and our meal was very good. Being a prepaid coach party our tables were laid with bread & butter, shell-on prawns, pickled onions, courgettes and pots of tea.

There was seven of us in our group and everyone raved about their meals including me. Staff were very attentive, food was excellent and good value for the money was washed down with a few bottles of red/white wine and beers-would certainly recommend to others.

Fish and Chips. Nothing finer for an evening meal. The cod was generous and well cooked. An over abundance of Chips was an embarrassing amount of riches. Some nice sides were a part of the meal. The food was excellent. Prices reasonable. Atmosphere makes you think you found some hole in the wall treasure of a place to eat. The place is about the food, not the decorations and they did it just right.

If you wanna try the authentic fish and chips in London, just go here. During my short stay in the city, I went twice and I absolutely loved it! I’m pretty sure you won’t regret it.

Yummy fish and chips. We got the lunch specials and got a meat pie as well. Both were delicious. 2 lunch specials for 26 pounds. Definitely recommend if you are nearby. Easy to get here by bus too.

Fantastic fish&chips - don't pay ANY attention to how the place looks. True, it's a little bit odd. But the food is simply great! Enjoyed every bit of my haddock and chips. Would recommend it even with much higher price tag but it's cheap, at least for London. Lots and lots of local people inside and that means something ...
