Mcdonalds Restaurants in Southwark

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had in any business, not just a fast food business. Ended up having to leave the store without the food I'd paid for as it was total chaos and the staff were like rabbits in headlights. Emailed customer service to complain and request a refund, still not heard from them!

I have been in this McDonalds now three times. Every time I have come to order food in here, the first thing I notice is a strange smell in the air. Tables are always dirty and full of bags left from previous customers. It doesn’t matter when you come, you’ll find the outside crowded of delivery drivers that look disgusting as well as the staff. They seem to not prioritize hygiene, as of the only time I’ve entered to the toilets it was again miserable. Poor service. They don’t even offer receipts and when you ask they just tell you the number of your menu. Plus, the first time I ordered there was a very unpleasant girl who seemed to be bothered by everything, she was rude to me. They are always confused and do not know from where the food’s coming, I would recommend you to check your meals before you go home. Food too spicy, I didn’t even finish my wrap, and I always do. Potatoes were dry and poor quality. They run out of ingredients very often so when I ordered a McFlurry with smarties they just couldn’t replace it because they did not have more, that denotes a bad planning on stock.

Super place to fine in. Big dining space to chill with friends or family. Ambient lounge

Ridiculously bad, miserable looking place especially during the night. Not much better during the day. Toilets are a mess, their friers are not working so no fries or meals. All together I really didn't enjoy coming here let alone the meal.

Worst shop. Poor standard of cleaning. Staff are good and managed very well. I waited 15 minutes for order. They are very busy, however they should open more tills on busy time. Therey is no self ordering available, so atleast they should open more tills. Qués were waiting until entrance of the shop, eventhough they didn't open another tills. I could understand about sickness and all circumstances, however they should concentrate about customer services.

It's been more than a decade since I've eaten here. Economic boycott, but I had to try the plant burger as I like to support good behaviour. I wasn't loving it, but it was good. Much better Micky Ds.

Lol....not much else to say. It's McDonalds, but it's the worst of the worst, cold food, burgers sat on the top of the counters ready to be finished off getting cold. There are a lot of delivery drivers collecting food, but that appears to be a separate queue. It is dated and doesn't have kiosks, but tbh sort the main principles out like getting the food hot before doing anything else....oh and the order was wrong.Lol still just about summarises it though.

Dirty people , dirty restaurant hairs in all our food. Absolutely disgusting 😤 nasty people you would of though a massive franchise would take more precautions to prevent this nastiness from happening obviously dirty people working here amd no one bothers with quality control, absolutely disgusting

No. First time coming here and for sure is my last. I ordered a cheeseburger and the bun was dry and the cheese was literally frozen 😂 I was hungry as well. Dirty tables and nobody sanitising when coming or leaving. Do not recommend.
