Morley's Fried Chicken in Southwark

No piri piri salt, no wing deals with drinks and wings not at all spicy. Letting down the Morleys name down.

I LOVE MORLEYS. Prices are great, food is good. Service is fast, really suggest the barbecue chicken wings or the chicken poppers. Those two are my absolute favorite. It is also open till pretty late, I only wish it was open until even later and it could accept card for less than 5£. Except for that, often prefer eating there over cooking

I know it's cool to like Morleys, but I prefer Chicken Cottage on borough high street (mainly because it does whole rotisserie chickens). Commend this place for getting a 5 star hygiene rating on Deliveroo though - higher than many other restaurants in the area. Maybe they'll host the next world cup

Chicken is excellent as it's not oily and chips are nice and crispy. The chilli sauce is delicious as well. Nice and clean shop and would recommend it.

Cheap and cheerful. The only place to go for chicken n chips. If you are grabbing it yourself, get a variety box meal...its not on the menu...thank me later

What I ate food, that's okay, but if a deliveroo guy coming for the same meal what you ordered, they will give that to him, not to you. This is not nice.

Dont charge extra while paying with card. Even if the price is low.The food is awesome. The chicken is always cooked nicely and perfectly. Doesnt matter how long the cue is. The sericive mans are calm. But there is no smile in their face. It looks bad. The man who stands at the front look so sad and serious. Simling face attracts customers. The chips are also god.Always they provide every type of sauces with the food whatever the amount is. Also the wet wipes. Overall they are goood. But never forget about the smile its important. Very important.

This is the Morleys I grew up with located at the end of the estate I lived on, one of the best cooked out of the many morleys I have visited, alway friendly service. Unfortunately located in the congestion zone, and due to the increased zone times (10pm) will now mean I get to pass here less. Not often I give 5 stars but i do feel a little bias as I know it well ;)

Warning!!! Do not buy any food from here it bad for your health and the quality is zero! As zero frozen the chicken died 5 years ago! I would not give there food to a dog either! Horrible food 100% and never again

Was told that Morleys is only found south of the river. Lucky ME! Haha. Fried chicken is good hot and juicy when you catch a fresh batch that’s come out of the fryer. Well marinated. 5/5 hygiene rating. Serves halal chicken. Ribs are ok. Go for the thigh and wings. Massive portions of chips always.
