Nicely decorated restaurant with friendly staff. The food is as good as always. My favourite is the lemon & herb chicken!

We had a graduation party at Nando's Elephant and Castle for 14 people. Our experience was amazing! Outstanding service from Ken, Irlondo,Natalia, Nicolas, Ryder,Phoenix,Dilon,Juon and Brondon! Really enjoyed our dinner, Dilan was our waiter and he was an absolute Angel with us! Really kind and helpful staff that makes you want to come back to this location. The food was good too.

Ordered online and had a real nice experience. Delicious food, and prompt service. The combination of grilled yet juicy chicken with peri-peri and herbs is a must try. Loved the garlic peri-peri sauce and the fries.

Medium-sizes restaurant, also with some tables outside and the usual quality of the grilled chicken chain. Unfortunately the natas are not so good.

This Nandos is one of the best in this area. Staff was absolutely brilliant, friendly and helped where they could. Food delicious and well presented, everything came in the right time. I believe during the pandemic it is a bit challenging to serve people in a different way then they used to it but they were completely on top of it. Manager (James was his name tag ) made sure with every table they are okay, he is a lovely person and very professional.( I feel sorry for them dealing sometimes with people who does not want to understand the new system due to pandemic, but Insugges for them to go somewhere else rather then giving hard time for the staff, who are working hard and trying to make sure everything is great)
