Waitress that seated didn't seem to care, didn't tell us about getting our own cutlery, order didn't go through on system so had to wait 20mins for our food, and then had to ask when our drinks where coming, apology from second waitress, as it was only then we were told about cutlery, food was nice once it arrived. First time I've been to nandos, will give it another go let's hope its better next time

Great location within the arches of a bridge. Wasn't busy and staying area was clean. Was able to order food via take QR code surg ease and food arrived just as described. Had a great time.

Me and my friends had dinner here today the food was delicious and delivered on time. Zakir was a lovely host and is very professional. Definitely a wonderful asset to the Nando's team. Definitely will be returning!

Great food, service and location if you have a short stay in London. The chicken breast was too dry tho. Otherwise, fully satisfied.

Came to Nandos Southwark and was served by a man by the name of Mattia who was so kind and helpful. Such great service, keep it up. Will definitely be coming back thanks to him!

Food was nice , lost 2 stars for the fact that we had multiple servers come to our table , it wasn't busy . Would have felt more comfortable if it was only 1 for our duration.

This restaurant is by far the best nandos ever...!Best service, tastiest food, best seating arrangements along side great hygieneAmber was the ladies name who served us, her energy is infectious and she was ever so helpful in recommending the latest new stuff on the menu.This time of the year is full of festive joy, and Amber definitely made us feel like Xmas is coming!If she wasn't so happy at her current job we would've pinched her for our office. She is an asset to Nandos and she should be promoted to manager!

Ordered a click and collect order from here. Went in to pick up and the staff were friendly and the order was ready within few minutes or arriving.I left with the order only to be followed out as the server had realised they had forgotten my children drinks, most places would have let me walk away and forget about it, great service.Food was good temperature when I got back to my hotel and the same taste and quality expected from nandos.Interior looks lovely and certainly would like to come back and sit in to eat.
