We always order by phone from the Oriental Star. They always turn up well within the stated time and one person even bows! I'm not used to being bowed to, just barked at. They automatically know our address thro' some tech miracle. The food is great as is the service. Highly recommended

Excellent food, super quick, arrived hot, good value. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Everything I want from my local Chinese takeaway. Would highly recommend the Singapore noodles and the sweet and sour prawns Hong Kong style!!

Very disgusting customer service they over charge you for food and then tell you to collect the difference because they cannot get the orders correct. Very poor customer service advise you not to waste your money in such a disgusting place. Should have known better.

Do NOT use this place! Worse experience I've had with Chinese take away! Over 3 hours later, order hadn't arrived, I'd called the restaurant three times and was told each time it'd be 30 minutes more, the guy on the phone was so so rude and unapologetic. Will never order from them again.

Bad experience ordering food. I order chicken gyoza and he started preparing chowmein. I told him that not what I ordered and then he went to the kitchen to check and cane after 5 minutes saying that they don't have that in stock now. Just wasted my 20 minutes.

This is surely one of the coolest restaurants in the neighborhood. Anytime I visit this place I am profoundly satisfied. They always keep their very high level service and the topmost level of food they provide. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Have been ordering from here a while now and have absolutely no complaints.Food is fresh, of great quality and taste. Delivery time is prompt, if there is a little wait. Its worth it!Lady that takes order over the phone has a beautiful mild manner and sense of humour as does the guyanese gentleman that does the deliveries. From my experience a very well put together team! In comparison to alot of other local takeaway id say excellent customer service.Compliments to the chef but chef please don't hold back on the amount of vegetables, meat etc that goes in😉😉😉
