Served by an uplifting young man today called Erik, he was extremely kind and had the purest of manner. Will dedinitely recommend this Pret was having a bad day and he brought me to a good mood and served me very professionally. Will be coming here more often. Pret should be happy to have Erik he is a star worker👍👍

Zero stars. Won't accept reuseable cups when other Prets and competitors do. Said I would still get the discount but told her I wasn't interested in paying less, but wasting less.

Most of the food here is pretentious overpriced nonsense. Luckily the crisis and juice are okay, and they have a small selection of simple food which is slightly above average. I try to avoid Prets, but the nearby cafes were full this time.

ALLERGIES WARNING!!! Asked for a vegan cookie, and was given an non vegan one, if I had eaten the one they gave me I would have ended up in hospital as I am allergic to dairy, so lucky I am aware, others may not be so lucky. Appalling and putting their customers at risk!!!! Not good after their previous allergy issues.... seems they haven’t changed.

Great Pret not far from Tate Modern, so handy for a meal or snack when getting an arty culture fix! Motivated to write a review as there's always very cheery staff in this branch, with quick service which makes it a pleasure to visit

Service is not what one can expect (having to repeat an order of two items twice on a not busy time at the shop), not very friendly staff and small coffee went up to £2.55 whereas the cheaper coffee was a good reason to come to Pret. Is Pret growing to big to still be good? Egg sandwich still tastes fresh and well. Ah, sitting here for a while, now I get it. I’m not a woman 😂 So, it’s a like a kebab house serving sandwiches and coffee! 😅

I've been in this Pret branch just 5 min ago and I did not have a good costumer service experience. I've ordered just a Chocolate croissant but the Barista has been very rude to me, like he wanted to force me to ask him " how are you?". As long as you say hello, thank you and please, I'm not obligated to have any sort of conversation. He made feel very bad. Maybe they should revise their costumer interaction. Not a good way to start my Sunday.
