Visited here today for the first time, the girl who served seemed arrogant nd very disrespectful behavior towards customer ultimately worst customer service of London.Talking Abt food, I ordered bbq wings Peri Peri fries and fried chicken. Chicken wings were so cold nd seem to be given of yesterday's leftover. Asked for lot more Peri Peri in my fries bt still no proper response even fries from there were worst than anything. Nd talking Abt my chicken that was horrible not at all cooked properly. I didn't even finished my food nd left the place as soon as I can.Never wrote any negative reviews bt here it was needed.

Hurrendous service first of all. Found hair and cockroaches crawling in the box and on top of the chicken. Also shocking that they gave me 3 chickens when I asked for 8 and they wouldn’t re negotiate. Don’t normally write reviews but honestly this time I felt the need.

Banging food, their grilled chicken is so amazing. Honestly great value for money. Friendly people always greeting me there, and fast service when you order online. I can’t say enough, but if your looking for quality take away food, this is the place!

This place is so underrated, the food is fabulous, the service is 9 out 10 if not 10/10 please check this place with me and call me lair if what i described. Thank you. Ps in this hard our local business need all the support we can give.

Horrendous food, Horrendous service. Went in to pick up food and no customer care. Oil was actually dripping from the chicken. Perhaps the oil needs to be changed more frequently? If they spent as much effort on the food as they do on the marketing it would be a brilliant place

Ordered food a week or two ago. It turned into a big family meal - everyone commented on the amazing food! I really enjoyed the marinated grilled chicken. We ordered hot and also a lemon version for the kids. My kids also loved the burgers, where it actually tasted like proper chicken. The wings still didn’t seem enough; they were that tasty. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very poor service. The person that served me was very rude and aggressive. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he's the owner. Very unprofessional.The owner has asked family and friends to leave reviews. Multiple people left reviews all within 24 hours, out of no where!! They are getting desperate, so this is what they resort to. No one goes there anymore.I had chicken burger last week and my stomach has been rumbling since! Definitely would NOT recommend!! Very bad hygiene. And watered down sauce.

We had two of number 16. Whilst the food was great (we really did love the chicken) the service was rubbish. We felt like we were in the way or inconveniencing the staff simply by ordering. A more cheerful service would go a long way.(take two.. 4 months later) now that we have tried it for a second time, the service was much much better and the food still delicious.
