My wife found a piece of hair on one of them gourmet burger we ordered through Deliveroo. Won't be ordering food here again and that's a shame because I thought their food was okay. Maybe management has changed or something....

Very bad place. they didn't send one of our meals. They gave tiny wings and gave half the portion of food. The grilled chicken was also dry. This is not the first time they have missed meals and the owner argued with us and said its our fault.

Very very POOR SERVICE AND STUFF SOOO RUDE and no apology. Twice I had a part missing order when called the the guy goes its a small item which was wedges for my daughter that's the only thing she eats the guy kept argueing what can I do about it ok ill look after you next time and kept arguing it's a small thing to Complain about but I ordered as that was my daughters dinner. Once I was In the shop a old lady was complaining about her missing order the staff treated her really bad and called her a lier. Another time a guy went in and complained they didn't give any drinks they were like it's only drink not a big deal. The stuff don't realise it's not a big deal but people have paid for it and THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE THEY HAVE PAID FOR YOUR FOOD

Can’t lie I only ordered cos it was the only thing open at 3am on ubereats. Food was actually decent considering it was probably left overs.

First grilled chicken was great after that it’s was the worst I think it was old and kept for several days, it almost like off chicken. Sorry guys I am not coming backZ

I've been coming here every now and again for about half a year and have been impressed by the consistency in quality and service. Good prices and portions are reasonable - highly recommended!!

Food was Disgusting ordered the grilled chicken it tasted like it was cooked aweeke ago in souse with no grilling the wages was soo dry wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy 🤬🤢

waited here for 20 minutes for my whole grill chicken!!he served the people who came after me. Very bad service. 50p discount don’t mean anything. Improve your service

So far the food from here has always been excellent. No mistakes in the orders (I order from justeat), good pricing and portions too. However, 1 star down for their pieces of chicken. It's inedible, batter is soggy and tastes raw while the chicken inside seems to be futki-fied level of cooked. Lately their orange chilli sauce tastes stale and off. They're using something that's gone rotten to blend the sauce unless it's supposed to taste like that? Also, the first couple times I ordered biryani from here it was top notch but the last time I ordered a lamb biryani they used bits of fat/gristle from the meat and no actual meat. I was mortified and disgusted, it really put me off biryani for a while.

Could not eat the food old chips old wings burger tastes less also all chicken pieces threw in bin. Dafanatly not going to order again.
