Tíng was fantastic. I was not expecting to enjoy this restaurant that much. The staff was very kind and we had the luck to to be seat next to the windows. The cocktail garden of eden was incredible but nothing in comparaison to the taste of their half duck which was succulent. Finally the chocolate mousse was delicious. One of those great place to eat.

Everything here was outstanding and it was made better by Jing’s service and attention to detail. I couldn’t recommend this place more! It was great for afternoon tea. The pink cocktail was wonderful!

Had an amazing Chinese New Year dinner at Ting. Authentic but refined. The fried noodles was prepared in a wok (as it should have been!) and was just perfect. The welcome cocktails as part of the set menu were impressive and just the way to start off the evening! The view? What more can I say? Breath-taking.

Took my wife here for the 3 course experience menu.Food all tasted amazing, i was a bit disapointed with the plating Of the starter and main and felt as a chef myself it could have been a bit more refined. Not cheap and drinks were incredibly expensive but that is to be expected £7 for a bottle of beer and £15 for a glass of wine.Amazing views, unfortunately we werent next to a window but still took some great pictures. The view from the toilets were amazing

It’s always a pleasure dining at Ting as I’ve previously dined here and always look forward to the night views of London from the 35th floor at the Shard!Booked a table for 2 for dinner and as always, staff politely greet us and walk us to our table and offer us something to drink. Customer service is exceptional so nothing to complain about that.Food is also really lovely and the portion sizes are great for what you pay for. Halal dishes are clearly marked on the menu! I personally couldn’t finish it but it was fairly nice. Dessert was also delightful and was a lovely end to the night.Overall, very pleased with the service and the ambience is always very relaxing. Highly recommend and a 10/10 from me!

Had the most beautiful afternoon tea, which was Pink themed for breast cancer awareness. Had a lovely waiter called Alex, who was extremely lovely, friendly, kind and attentive, he made our experience absolutely perfect and made sure our entire visit was enjoyable. I would absolutely go back, the food, the view and the staff made it a 10/10 experience. ♥️✨

Fancy but princely! The view is incredible, absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional, kudos to Ismail. That said, it’s a bit much to pay for just the view. Loved the mocktails and the appetisers, but the main dish was just “ok”; which is underwhelming for what you pay. Worth noting: they have a huge halal selection.

Loved the view. The service was exceptional. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the cake. The texture was amazing and the cake made my mouth water.

I’m getting around to this review very late on but can’t give it a miss. This place is great for a special occasion. I got in touch prior to our visit as it was my husbands bday and they helped with all the arrangements from sorting out a prayer to to a table with a view to parking to even dropping off my heels and few other bits earlier in the day!Food was of course fantastic, service great! An amazing experience for sure!

A place to experience if you are having special occasion with friends, couple or family. Food menus are a bit pricey but the taste is worth it. Prepared by their chefs with love and understanding of the dishes they serve to the customers. Service are quite good and they tend to the customers well. Waiters know their menus and could give you advice if you need it.
