Vineyard Greek Taverna in Southwark

The food was delicious. I tried traditional mussaka and wine leaf wraps. The execution was closed to perfect.However, the wine was unique. I am big wine lovers and I have to say that this was one of the best Greek wine I come close too. We tried Kuros red wine, which is med to full body, really fruity with with hint of tannin. If you like California or napa Valley wines. I highly recommend to try this wine.

Had chicken kebab & rice & salad, it was good!! Had a couple of glasses of red wine (not sure which one) , really smooth 😎! They're great with kids & good service. Thoroughly recommend and definitely come back.🙂

Lovely, cosy restaurant with lots of veggie dishes on the menu, good wines, and welcoming staff.

Have been wanting to go here for sometime, decided tonight was the night, oh why did we bother food was very bland im not a lover of McDonald's but at least there food had more taste, service was not that great although polite apart from them taking our order had to ask for other items, not once did they come and ask us how our meal was and than had the cheek to put service charge on our bill, I saw another post on the reviews where they stated they had travelled all around Greece and they compared the food from there as to what is served in the restaurant stating how good it is, if that's the case remind me not to go to Greece,

Such a lovely little place! Staff SO friendly and the prices not too bad. Have come back from island hopping in Greece recently and reminding me of every proper Greek taverna over there! Lovely :)

I went to this restaurant a few weeks back. I did enjoy the food, and my seabass was really tasty and fresh. The only point of disappointment was discovering that the boss is not giving the tips to the waiters!! 3 stars for this reason - give the tips to your employees!

Lovely atmosphere on a warm and sunny evening sitting outside. The chicken was tender and seasoned perfectly and served with fluffy rice. Another good reason to love camberwell!

Good location on camberwell grove road - good selection of Greek beers , nice heated outside area which is good for chatting and taking in the local areas atmosphere. Food itself is disappointing - chips or rice are offered with the mains which seemed a little simple - the mains themselves weren’t very tasty - we had the meat mezze and Stuffed Vine Leaves and neither of us thought they were any more than average dishes. Halloumi was however very good! Definitely worth a visit but it’s not a place for a delicious Greek meal out, rather a beer and a couple of starters on a sunny evening.

I was really excited to go to this restaurant but I was very disappointed. The lamb shank I ordered was SO dry and the dips had no taste and the wine was hot. For what it was it was so overpriced!!!!The service was quite rude and the rice had clearly been our of a microwaved pack!I hope you have a better experience but knowing how amazing the food is in Greece and other creek restaurants around London, this was such a shame and an embarrassing representation. Go to any other restaurant in Camberwell as it is definitely better!

A lovely place with an authentic Europeaness ... Definitely different from those high street chains. Food quality and portions are both very good with affordable price. Even the house wine is above average. Strongly recommend the speciality lamb! I believe we will visit again.
