Zizzi - Bankside in Southwark

This restaurant should have 5 stars but our waitress was new and clearly had no training whatsoever! I blame management as she should definitely not be serving customers. The food was excellent.... we would return.

If I could give ten stars I would like to thanks Laura and her great team for a superb evening. We weren't rushed and it was very busy! They were attentive to us and really relaxed. Everyone around us were happy and chatty. The restaurant is in a fabulous place on the side of the Thames overlooking Southwark bridge. It was great to watch the party boats and people enjoying Thier walk. I would definitely recommend this place but book early!

Came here for a last minute Wednesday lunch, was very busy but the staff were attentive and the food was great. Had a minor problem with my dish but Laura resolved this issue straight away - brilliant customer service. She is an asset to your team along with the lovely young lady who was on her second day. Thank you for a lovely meal and service, especially as you were so busy and understaffed. Will try and visit again if in the area!

A lovely Zizzi! Great views, great staff and a lovely meal! We were served by Belle who was on hand immediately to advise about the various gluten free and dairy free options! Lovely team of staff, led by an excellent supervisor who ran an efficient and lively team. We will be back! Thanks Belle!

We arrived here around 4pm and were one of two tables being served. We had a really lovely waitress who was able to tell us about their gluten free options for the person I was dining with. I very much enjoyed my salad and my friend enjoyed their gluten free pizza. We had a nice view. We stayed until the sun went down, so the changing of the sky colours and then the city lights coming on was a pleasure to watch. The restaurant was starting to fill up as we were leaving.

I am a bit disappointed, as we ordered 2 starters which they voided, because they said, they meant to give us one for free as part of a promo.That version didn't have the dip though, which is why we ordered two of those on purpose.I don't think it is professional to void items without talking to the customer first.Also, I gave a shot to the vegan lasagne which looked nothing like on their advert in front of the restaurant.The lasagne and its plate was incredibly hot. The food was still boiling on the plate. I had to wait 10 minutes to even start it and I still managed to burn my mouth.

Amazing! The food here was really nice, the waiters were very kind and always made sure we were satisfied with our meals at the right times! The views from the booths are very nice with a good view out to the city. I love the part where you can order & pay for your food from your phone, that’s the best part about Zizzi’s (apart from the food)!

I had 20 mins to grab a bite to eat before meeting a friend for an exhibition at the TATE Modern. The staff were very accommodating as I didn’t have much time. The food came very quickly and was delicious (the picture doesn’t do it justice!), I had the rigatoni pomodoro.I even got free pasta crisps, which were a great snack!The whole experience was very pleasant and speedy, would definitely return. A big thank you to all the wait staff and the kitchen too. Now excited to explore the museum with a fully belly! 😄

Delicious meal, filling portions, Great service. I forgot to book before hand but the mamger was able to find me a seat 20 mins later. So nice of her. Great atmosphere 👌🏽

Lovely location and a great view by the window! We took a little seat for two and it was cosy. They also organised their online order system very well, so we literally don’t need to interact with people when ordering /paying.Food is cool but a maybe a little pricy as to the quality. But if you think this way that you pay for the good location, fair enough. I'm happy to!
