Good portions, great taste, room for improvement on presentation.

I went to the store and wanted to buy a single scoop ice-cream. I waited for ten minutes, but no service since the guy at the counter was busy servicing unending deliveroo guys. Looks like they do not care for walk-in customers but only for deliveroo customers. Then this guy was joined by another person but she just waited near the customer till for some customers who were taking a long time going through the menu. I just wanted one scoop ice cream of a flavour I had already decided, but I told this, the guy (ignoring the lady who had joined) says 'I am the only person in the store'. I just left the store. No respect or even basic friendliness for customers.

I absolutely love afters and they always get here on time with delivery but I just ordered 2 waffles and ice creams but none of the ice creams came.

Their desserts are amazing both when you go to the shop and when you order from one of the apps. I really appreciate that they are attentive to the requests I make too. They are always simple things but I really appreciate the effort! Also, their pistachio ice cream in a waffle cone I'd recommend a million times over!

Pretty alright coffee ice cream shake. The coffee flavour could be improved perhaps through use of better beans.Waffle and vanilla ice cream isn't bad either.Overall a decent experience between these two items on multiple visits.

Great service and staff amazing icecreqm an waffles

Literally got con by a member of the staff on a single espresso that cost £1.95 and the guy charged me £2,95 when confronted with menu prices stating the price for a single espresso of £1,95 he try to charge me for something else that no one knew what it was. Did not apologise for trying to steal from me and my sis. Scumbag

I ordered a make it your own crepe, when eating i came across a piece of plastic in my food . I was very disappointed and felt sick all afternoon not knowing if i have digested any plastic. Tried to contact the store but had no luck at all .

Went as a birthday treat for my daughter. It was OK. A couple of the items we wanted they didnt have. I didn't finish my soda float, the flake In it tasted weird and the float itself tasted nutty. The staff did their job but nothing over that, not even a smile. When your spending £60 on deserts and drinks you expect a bit more especially as it was for a birthday treat. Wasn't blown away.

A bit over-priced. But they really make effort to make the ice cream look very nice. Don’t recommend to eat alone, or you will feel brain-freeze because of the large portion they usually serve. I had stomach problems sometimes after eating their ice creams.
