Firstly I will say I am half Thai who has lived out in Thailand. I know anywhere in the UK you ain't getting the true authentic food. However I get take out and dine in Wimbledon and Putney Thai restaurants. Which are a delight.First time ordering at this place, as I was walking by and felt great I seen a little Thai Street Food Vendor and I just get water served up lol no substance.I go and speak Thai to which I get an English response lol I don't think anyone was actually from Thailand in "Bangkok Pad Thai." Perhaps Western Asian not orientals or Middle Eastern.Just pop down the street to Kokoro whom seem to actually have Japanese and Korean staff members, which makes it that little more authentic.Maybe I will pop in a second time and try once more to see if there is an improvement. This is just my own expression. Hope every success however for your business.Regards.

Some of the best Thai street food I've found in London, just wish they had an option for fried egg topping (kai dao) on Deliveroo/Uber. Pad gapao just not quite the same without it.

The portion was not full it was three quarters full and spread out to appear full as were several other customers portion sizes,!It is unacceptable to charge what you charge for such small sizes!I’ve eaten in this restaurant before I am aware that your sizes are smaller and your price is now higherUNACCEPTABLE!

Very slow service staff very polite and friendly and work ever so hard …but I had a vegetarian dish the rice was to oily and I had a severe stomach ache and upset

I went there had a chicken satay skewers and chicken laksa soup noodle 🍜 I like the chicken satay starter soft and tender but only small pieces which I quite surprising 🤔 I don’t really like the laksa soup the chicken is hard to chew and the soup like water mix with seasoning I find pretty bland for myself.

Really good food and great service. They have increased the menu selection recently and with it a slight price increase but overall worth every penny. Highly recommend.

When your weekend is spent at your workplace doing on calls , running around the hospital attending arrest calls, trying to answer a million bleeps , seeing as many patients as you can , it's only human to forget to eat well and drink enough water. So, making a full use of your day off , shopping for everything and anything under the sun, except the jacket that you went out to buy, and treating yourself to a good , wholesome lunch , is definitely allowed.@bangkokpadthairestaurant provided me with a gastronomic delight in the form of it's pad Thai noodles with chicken , crushed peanuts and chilli flakes...Follow @the_tastebud_trails for the food journey .

I was so excited to try this place because I saw some good reviews! The ladies taking the order and cooking were lovely. However, I am so disappointed!Prawns crackers clearly old (as you can see in the photo - yellow!), some potatoes had black parts that could easily have been removed and there was a small hair in the food!!The large portions were also quite small, so I wonder if this was a mistake or if it's really just a small size...Such a shame!

The chicken egg fried rice is excellent. Has that great thai flavor that you can't get anywhere else. Always looked forward to going here, before the second lockdown, as I have never had a single bad experience. Always excellent food and excellent service. Can't wait to be back in Sutton when lockdown is over and I can finally have thai food again!

Been going to this nice little Thai cafe a few times since last year.I like it because the food are freshly cooked in open kitchen & fast. The dishes are tasty but a bit on the sweet side. Also very reason price. Most time Under £10 for a dish & a drink.
