I’ve been here a few times, and the food is always amazing! Just look at these muscles! This is a wonderful place for a date night out, or a special location with friends. It’s always best to book ahead as it gets quite busy. I love that this establishment also prevents local businesses in the front area, as there’s little things for sale. You definitely should buy the scotch bonnet hot sauce it’s definitely under £10, but i can’t remember the price…

One of the best place that I have been lately. Food is super. Ambiance and music was top class. The manager was very welcoming and the girls that served us were very nice. They make you feel at home. All in all 4.9 over 5.

Visited for Saturday lunch. The food was amazing, I highly recommend the combi grill. Cocktails were delicious, and the restaurant had a great ambiance with a superb Front of House. Had a chat with the lovely owner Mr John, gracious as ever. Great choice of music too. Reasonable prices, will return again soon.

It was my birthday wkend and I decided to take some close friends out. Everything we had on that day was excellent. One of the waitress (Diana) did really help in making my day go smoothly. She was kind, always asking if we were OK. All am trying to say is we had a great time.

BEST RESTAURANT IN SUTTON... Hands down!Myself and my business partner went to Lobster & Grill for lunch today: We received exceptional service from Claire who helped us decide on what to choose from a Menu full of great options.I opted for Fried Squid for my starter and my business partner had the Prawns. Both dishes were delicious, however the prawns were exceptional! (I wanted to swap after tasting it :D). The sauce had this depth of flavor that made it clear that this was made by a chef who clearly knows what he is doing. It was exotically fresh (if you know what I mean)For the my main I went for the whole Lobster of course, my business partner had the surf and turf, which included fillet steak and half a lobster. The Lobster was great! it came out on a sizzling tray that threw up the aroma's of garlic and herbs, which also added a nice element to the overall experience. I didn't try the steak as I do not eat meat, but he really enjoyed it. It was the perfect medium rear, which is what he asked for.We were offered to try one of their unique sauces to dip our chips in. It was a hot sauce made from Scotch Bonnet peppers and a blend of spices. My business partner liked it so much he bought a bottle to go home with.The food was incredible and the accommodating service we received from Claire was second to none.We cant wait to go back!

Food excellent. Ravioli best ever. Steak and lobster even better than at seaside restaurants. Superb quality food. Good service. Restaurant could be a little more comfortable by turning up the heat a little as it's a little chilly in there and maybe more comfortable seating. Higher quality art and place settings would really bring the place up and improve the experience as food is of a high quality, just bring the finishing touches up to the same level and it would be 5 star.

I am late in posting this due to a broken phone but wanted to give a review.We went for food last weekend and we were really surprised as we had mixed feelings due to the reviews but we had a great time! The food was very, very good and the service was first class! The steak was cooked to perfection, the lobster add on was so yummy, and the combo had just enough of everything to try the lot.The service was impeccable. The Welsh waitress was very happy, always smiling, came to check up on us but not too intrusive and she showed she actually cares about her customers because she said at the end of our meal "as long as you leave here I'm happy, I'm happy". Where do you go these days where the waiting staff actually check if their customers are leaving happy?Don't go by the bad reviews, experience this wonderful place for yourselves, you won't be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I had an excellent meal. Our waitress Claire was so lovely and sweet, the food was delicious and the drinks were wonderful. A great time, great service, would recommend and will be coming back again!

Went for a friends birthday the food was well presented and taste good, Reasonable price. The staff were pleasant and very attentive nothing was to much. We went on thursday evening it has live entertainment every week.You can just pop in for a cocktail, the cocktails are to die for lovely.The place is clean and well maintainedIf you fancy a nice meal good service, it worth a visit.

Me and my other half attended the lobster and grill for our 3 year anniversary. Kevin was there to greet us and was very friendly and welcoming. After we sat down Claire was there to serve us and was very friendly, helpful and attentive. She made us feel very relaxed and will definitely be going back. She upheld the brand image by being professional throughout our stay and the recommendations she made where spot on as the food was delicious. So what separates this restaurant to others is that it has a sense of class whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, Kevin and Claire are a testament to that, would definitely recommend.
