Bronco's in Sutton

A great place to go staff are not pushy and are indeed very good and patient with children. We went to celebrate our grandaughtets birthday , the staff put a firework candle in her ice cream and played happy birthday it was a nice surprise. The food was very good and well presented.Loved the back play area for children a nice touch would recomend to other friends and family.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party at Broncos Soft play. The service was very good. We received good compliments from our guests about how well organized we were. The girls managed everything really well. They even helped us put up all the decorations. Many thanks to the staff for such a carefree experience.

Waited over 90 minutes for our food to arrive. Wouldn't have minded if the food had been. WOW but it was average. Table service lacked as we waited an age for the desert menu so we didn't have deserts in the end. The chef had the music turned off because he didn't want to hear it. Maybe the chef provided faster for his "just eat" delivery service than his in house customer's. First and last visit to this establishment. Advice eat well before you arrive as the wait for table service and food when you get seated is ridiculously long.

We were recommended the food here so came when the mother in law had the kids for the night.... They didn't tell us that it has a huge soft play out the back and is rather intense when you're trying to enjoy a child free night.I would come here with some of my mum friends for sure. Let the kids off their leashes and enjoy a glass of wine whilst they pummel each other in the next room.Saying that the food was nice so it wasn't that all hope was lost for our date night.

Waiting staff were great but the chef was very disappointing we waited 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. The music was suddenly turned off and we were informed that the chef didn’t like the music which ruined the whole atmosphere. Other members of staff tried to talk to him about his behaviour but it was as if he wasn’t enjoying himself so he didn’t want anyone else to. Maybe give him some time off to let him get through whatever it is that is making him so miserable.

I arrived today feeling very anxious as I have a severely autistic son who suffers from sensory problems. My son had a great time in the soft play at first and then we sat down in the restaurant and our server came over to take our order. He asked my son what he wanted to eat but as my son has just recently become verbal he struggled to tell him to which I informed our waiter that he has special needs and I ordered for him and the rest of us. A little while later Connor (our waiter) came over and gently asked us if we wanted the music to be turned down due to my son having sensory needs. My partner and myself don't ever go out as we get anxious due to my son not being able to cope and we went out tonight as a special treat for my partners birthday and we had the most amazing time. The food and the service was more than 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. Thank you Connor for showing us that there are still decent people in the world!! Cant wait to go back.

I've had the babyback ribs, giant shrimp and chicken wings a few times here and they've always been spot on! A great place if you've got kids as there's soft play at the back of the restaurant. We will be back!

Friendly staff. Clean restaurant and the fillet steak was absolutely amazing, the best I've had in years. Jumbo prawns in batter, perfect No complaints just a suggestion. The fillet steak only came with one mushroom. More mushrooms please. Also maybe Beef ribs as well as pork. Well worth a visit.

Really enjoyed the trip to broncos, we hired the soft play area and the kids loved it. It was whT we need for our multi family meet up.The staff were awesome and incredibly helpful.The only drawback for me was lack of choice on beers and the price for time of hire.Next year we will maybe stukp up for a double session. Overall it was good enough to meet our needs, I recommend it.

I think the food has improved over the last year, pizzas look amazing now they have the oven and it's certainly made a difference. Kids love the play area although the screaming is a bit much for parents who have not managed to block it out! Staff are good too so overall a good place to visit!
