Went sat evening 25/06/2022, excellent service, food timings were in keeping with the flow of restaurant guests, staff were friendly and polite.Food was delicious and generous portions.Will definitely be returning again soon.

The softplay here is brilliant and a lovely place to have a coffee while the kids play. But what really makes this place is the staff, they're some of the nicest and most friendly I've met.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party at Broncos Soft play. The service was very good. We received good compliments from our guests about how well organized we were. The girls managed everything really well. They even helped us put up all the decorations. Many thanks to the staff for such a carefree experience.

Waited over 90 minutes for our food to arrive. Wouldn't have minded if the food had been. WOW but it was average. Table service lacked as we waited an age for the desert menu so we didn't have deserts in the end. The chef had the music turned off because he didn't want to hear it. Maybe the chef provided faster for his "just eat" delivery service than his in house customer's. First and last visit to this establishment. Advice eat well before you arrive as the wait for table service and food when you get seated is ridiculously long.

A great place to go staff are not pushy and are indeed very good and patient with children. We went to celebrate our grandaughtets birthday , the staff put a firework candle in her ice cream and played happy birthday it was a nice surprise. The food was very good and well presented.Loved the back play area for children a nice touch would recomend to other friends and family.

Waiting staff were great but the chef was very disappointing we waited 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. The music was suddenly turned off and we were informed that the chef didn’t like the music which ruined the whole atmosphere. Other members of staff tried to talk to him about his behaviour but it was as if he wasn’t enjoying himself so he didn’t want anyone else to. Maybe give him some time off to let him get through whatever it is that is making him so miserable.

We were recommended the food here so came when the mother in law had the kids for the night.... They didn't tell us that it has a huge soft play out the back and is rather intense when you're trying to enjoy a child free night.I would come here with some of my mum friends for sure. Let the kids off their leashes and enjoy a glass of wine whilst they pummel each other in the next room.Saying that the food was nice so it wasn't that all hope was lost for our date night.

I arrived today feeling very anxious as I have a severely autistic son who suffers from sensory problems. My son had a great time in the soft play at first and then we sat down in the restaurant and our server came over to take our order. He asked my son what he wanted to eat but as my son has just recently become verbal he struggled to tell him to which I informed our waiter that he has special needs and I ordered for him and the rest of us. A little while later Connor (our waiter) came over and gently asked us if we wanted the music to be turned down due to my son having sensory needs. My partner and myself don't ever go out as we get anxious due to my son not being able to cope and we went out tonight as a special treat for my partners birthday and we had the most amazing time. The food and the service was more than 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. Thank you Connor for showing us that there are still decent people in the world!! Cant wait to go back.

All I can say is try the man vs food option and see if you can beat the burger 🍔 challenge.

We were very intrigued about this place after our mum booked it for her birthday celebrations. After all, an American style restaurant combined with a soft play area for kids doesn’t come along all that often!!At first glance, this is a very nice place with plenty of space and cool American theming. It didn’t feel a million miles off a TGIs type restaurant. The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful.Whilst I didn’t get stuck into it a great deal, the kids seemed to be loving the soft play area! This really is a great idea, as it allows the kids to go off and enjoy themselves (removing their painful wait for the food!), giving the adults time to relax and talk - apart from those supervising the kids of course!Between all of us, we had an ultimate sharing combo (or something like that) and a vegetarian sharing combo. All of the food across both of these was delicious, and made for a nice starter. We had lots of different main courses, but everyone seemed thoroughly satisfied with theirs. My wife and I both had the veggie ranch burger (or a similar name, basically a halloumi burger) which was great as well. It could have done with double the halloumi (or the option to double up on the halloumi for a little extra would be more than welcome), but the overall burger was great and the roasted vegetables in it were superb. Fries were great too, and a decent portion which makes a nice change!Again, the staff were so helpful throughout and couldn’t do enough to keep us happy. We had a really nice (and hilarious) touch at the end when they brought out our mum’s birthday dessert - with accompanying singing, huge sparkler and pink cowboy hat. She was especially pleased that she got to keep said hat!!I was going to give a four star rating as it was just a little on the pricey side and the food could do with being a little more adventurous (or the veggie options at least), but I would feel harsh not giving five stars when the staff were just so friendly and helpful.Very well done guys, thank you for such a fun Sunday afternoon and for making mum’s birthday so enjoyable!
