Caffe Nero in Sutton

Nero has the best coffee (in my opinion) and their speciality caramel latte is unbeatable. Staff are usually pretty friendly here but wouldn't call it my local as I only tend to go here when I'm shopping on the high street as parking can be a bit awkward sometimes!

Do disappointed. I always order moha. Last two times there was no chocolate taste at all, on third I sed If its possible to add the chocolate to the coffe and It tasted like chocolate milk. No coffe...

I've only been to this Caffè Nero a couple of times, but I hope to visit more in the future. Staff have been very nice in my experience, always greet and serve with a smile and make sure you have everything you want. Highly recommended.

We ordered 2 hot chocolates and 2 cappuccinos. The cappuccinos were hot however the hot chocolates were luke warm. Would recommend if in a hurry but they need to check the drink temperature.

Lovely staff. Cake freshness is almost a "lucky shot", some days good, others not so much. Toilet was dirty.

There is always time for a tiny dose of cortado.The pleasure of sipping your new favorite coffee staring straight onto the street in front , looking at passers-by, wondering about life - sums up my Sunday evening.Do not be fooled by the empty seat . A regular in here. Very deep plan layout but coffee/food to usual Nero standard and staff very pleasant.

Very festively decorated café with a welcoming rustic ambience. Had a delicious Americano served with hot milk. Coffee was piping hot as it should be with a good strong depth in flavour, all at reasonable value. (Cafe offers many different coffees, teas, smoothies, iced drinks, hot & cold snacks, cakes & treats, most of which are on display behind a glass counter.) Staff always courteous & friendly. Tables not always wiped effectively which could be improved however this little café is always busy when we visit.

Staff are excellent here and compared to Starbucks opposite next to the Time Sq entrance it's 10 times cleaner! Above here I'm here for the Latte and in my opinion it's better than both Starbucks, Costa and the large Nero's!!
