Very rude lady serving coffee her customer service is very poor

Quick service and friendly staff. However me and my friend felt a bit of dis comfort. There was a lady at the other table holding a take away coffee and was standing there staring at me and my friend. The other table was empty and she could of sat there. The manager walked past a few times and did not notice. However when we left and moved that lady decided to sit down straight away at the table we was at. I felt like I was being rushed by a rude customer.

Enjoyed a delicious Mocha which was hot like it should be. (Can't tolerate drinks being served tepid when supposed to be hot; Sutton branch of Costa never disappoint, well done!) Friend had iced coffee (made with semi milk, cream & ice), sampled some & it too was lovely.

It was my good morning but the staff named Holly Menditta, made my day worst. She is the rudest staff in costa. She only announced vanilla latte… and i took the order, However, I ordered small vanilla latte. And then she counter argued that what are you waiting for? I said i am waiting for my hot chocolate. But she keep on arguing that why did you take that vanilla latte, its large and you ordered small. But on the top of every she only announced “vanilla latte” which is why i took the order. I explained to her that she shouldn’t behave like this with the customers. But she still keep on arguing and arguing…!!!! 😭😭😭The good thing is vanilla latte was awesome 🤩

Came to this Costa in the afternoon(around 4:20pm) of July 22nd! Wasn’t sure if they served iced chai latte or not, so I asked the staff(a girl), she was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back again soon, thank you!

Great Costa Coffee Location in the Heart of Sutton High Street with a nice big and airy indoor area in to sit and relax and enjoy your Costa favourites in Comfort.Absolutely Divine Christmas Menu with Tasty Pigs Under Blankets Panini, Divine Chocolate Hazelnut Shimmer Cake and my Favourite Hot Drink at Costa After Eight Hot Chocolate which is so delicious, wish it was available all year round. 😋

Extremely rude service from the person making the coffee. She seemed to think that she was doing me a favour for making the coffee for me. I’ve never get so humiliated in a cafe that is supposed to put the customer - and all because I asked about putting an additional ingredient into my coffee. I’ve told the manager and no doubt he will do the right thing to train this person about being nice to customers who are contributing to paying her wages….
