Only been once and was nicer than expected. Offers convertible enclosed outdoor area as well as indoor - which was could do with a brighten up. eed another visit to fully decide and will definitely go back.

RUDE! This was my first time visiting and it will definitely be the last. Staff were unprofessional and argumentative. Not only were they being unreasonable but the manager decided to take it upon herself to physically remove the chair from underneath me whilst I sat on it. YEAH ! Aside from threatening to and I quote “get aggressive”… I was told they have no menu. I wasn’t provided with an alternative to order, not to mention my friend had her drink removed from her… Shocked and disgusted I will most definitely be taking further action.

Always friendly and inviting. The staff are warm and welcoming. The coffee is good the cakes are sweet and reasonably priced.

Staff are rude and disrespectful. Threatened by the ‘manager’ to move indoors or she would become ‘aggressive’. No masks or COVID guidelines in place and she spat very heavily as she spoke over and into a glass of a water ordered by a customer. She appeared unkempt and angry.Requested menu and told they had none. Physically assaulted by the staff at this Dark and dingy establishment. Staff particularly the manager is incompetent and could do with a customer service qualification. Wish I recorded the incident, however I will be reporting this and the abhorrent behaviour and service I received today to necessary governing bodies.

Loved the Christmas feel in this little cafe. The music was all Christmas and not too loud. The staff were extremely friendly. Hot chocolate looked amazing!

First time being here. Really lovely place. Very quiet and not very busy which is good. Not overcrowded like most coffee shops.Lovely staff, was able to make me an alternative toaster due to allergies.Only down side is they haven’t got any baby changing facilities which is a big thing for parents. Last thing they want to do is rush their coffee to run up to Sainsbury’s just to change a nappy.Overall though I would come again. :)

Great range of different beverages. Good range of light bites. Would have given higher rating but for the following reasons: lock on single toilet broken, no hand sanitiser on entry (that I could see) and large glass covering in front of food looked like it needed a bit more elbow grease.
