Domino's Pizza in Sutton

We purchased a pizza for the work guys today, chicken wings for 4 , and wedges for 4, there were 8 wedges for each of the guys, which cost 10£ very very bad value for money...so won't be doing it again..

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered pizza for me and my partner at about 6pm last night, I woke at 5.30am this morning in excruciating pain, I've had sickness and d all day & a temperature. After calling 111 me and my partner have food poisoning from here.I can't explain how poorly and run down I feel. My tummy is in excruciating pain + I cannot function properly. I will never eat dominos again.

Testing at times, but we got there in the end. Decent pizza with fair amount of toppings for once

Very disappointed with not only my pizza but the lack of customer service. After placing the order been informed it's going to take approximately 15 min. No problem at all, went back home and when I came back they let me wait in front of the counter for approximately 10 min up until I literally shouted that I would like to collect my pizza.Therr was literally no cheese on the pizza and the free pizza dip was missing too.I'm sorry but the whole experience was rubbish... including my pizza!!!

A wonderful and delicious branch of Domino's. Staff are always so very polite and courteous, whether you ring to place an Order or, or go and collect one. The food is always piping hot and so tasty. What I also liked was that I drove past the branch last Saturday morning at about 11am and the staff were cleaning the inside and outside of the shop windows. That, to me, show that they also take pride in their shop looking clean and inviting, as well as serving really nice food. I am a Fan!

Needs some manger change or training. Pizza not up to scratch and really doesn’t reflect the brand. May I suggest you focus on making ‘good’ pizza than arguing with your customers on their feedback.

Dominos in Sutton is the best branch in my whole area I have been ordering here many years now the standards are allways kept high and the quality is allways on point thanks agian well done yet agian 🙂

We went to order our food and requested them to handle our pizza with gloves or to wash their hands as we cannot have meat due to us being vegetarian/halal we requested this because we have had this issue before and have had peices of meat in our food. The staff completely refused to wear gloves or to wash their hands. If they refused to wear gloves or not wash their hands then this is not hygienic at all and not fair for people who have dietary requirements. If you are vegetarian or have certain dietary requirements then please be careful when you order your food from dominos.

Always tasty, well packaged and quick delivery! Amazing customer service as well! Once, I received the BBQ dip despite ordering the Garlic and Herb. I called them to explain the issue and the Garlic and Herb dip was delivered to me in the next 15 minutes.

This particular dominos is a joke, I've had multiple issues with them, from two orders at one house that they've chose not to deliver, to absolutely diabolical wait times, so bad that last week I chose to go pick the pizza up after ordering on a deliver deal, but tonight tops it all, I've ordered an American hot minus onions add jalapeño. I've added picture for proof, beyond belief now, this manager has been a travesty for a while, about time she's held accountable.
