Best fish and chips in the area by a long way.

Freshly made our chicken burgers, fried haddock and chips! The haddock one is really good. And I would say the portion is huge. A very good deal.

Genuinely the best fish and chips around. Have ordered multiple times and they are consistently fantastic. Order through Just Eat and delivery time is speedy and food is piping hot every time.Chips are fresh and crispy and portion size Is very generous.Fish is amazing, fresh, cripsy and cooked to order.Best curry sauce around!Battered sausage is not the best it's absolutely fine however everything else is so good it doesn't matter!

Ordered fish and chips through one of the apps. First time from Equinox. Initially I was very pleased because the courier was so friendly and the food was piping hot. Fish was lovely but I soon noticed that although the chips were piping hot they did not seem fresh like they had been sitting there for a while? Therefore we didn't eat all of the chips. A little disappointing.

This is essentially the best Fish and Chip Shop in the whole of the UK, fresh, crispy and absolutely mint, plus team are really spot on, just don't go anywhere else, superb !

Nice men work here and are not rude. Great meals! I recommend the Steak Pie or Fish and Chips. Really great!

Love this fish & chip shop- local to me and always tasty fish and chips with generous portions (they also provide the all important lemon wedges!).The only reason I won’t give them 5* is because they are quite expensive! You could share a large portion easily though.

Ok. So was really pleasantly surprised by this place. Just being blunt, my daughter has special needs and can't eat alot of foods we all take for granted and I didn't fancy giving her, her boring puree food last night. So went here. Was going to get a cod bites portion and some chips. When mentioned it was for our daughter they suggested the kids menu which had the same thing we wanted but cheaper and as a whole meal. There was 5 cod strips and a portion of chips and a carton of drink. The cod was battered and cooked fresh on the spot and was cooked perfectly. The chips were also done fresh and were nice. My daughter ate as much as she could and she was very happy. Next time we will order again as a whole family.

Friendly bunch of guys, freshly fried crispy fish with fresh lemon and yummy chips. Portion size was bigger than expected too. Everything fried is halal. Will come again!
