Had the boneless sampler meal, but the fillet chicken was a normal piece of chicken with bones. I was not impressed.

Customer service was the best ive ever had, Didnt have to wait long for food, he got it just in time for me to make my bus. What an Employee!!

Well what can I say, I placed an order, for wings meal, and called to say please wings and no legs. We don’t have all wings we give you legs! The man was very rude and said I have customer call back! Anyway I went to the shop and confronted the man, rude obnoxious and will never order from this place again chicken world staff seem pleasant I recommend them

We ordered the Boneless Sampler meal and were really pleased with our meal. It arrived on time and the driver was friendly. The chicken breast pieces were delicious, the kids enjoyed the strips and dips, great fries and we all loved the chicken Poppas. Definite 5 star experience.

Unfortunately I order BBQ ribs from north Cheam It was disgusting. The ribs are cold and they just poured the sauce on the ribs. We threw all the food away. I was looking forward to the BBQ ribs. They don’t make them as did before. Before the ribs ware crisp and wander full. This time cold and disgusting.Not sure why. If any one can explain this to me. Otherwise mover again. This time we ware all out off the BBQ ribs.

Get this after getting a wing meal..Old food…it’s cold…Instead of my drink they put 1 extra wings…Maybe it’s from the morning.This place should get a council visit, the food are pink from inside…doesn’t comply with any of the food standards.Have to throw it.

Absolutely terrible service. Part of my order was missing, I called the restaurant and the guy said there was nothing he could do and that he put in the bag? He advised he was very busy and put the phone down. When I called back he said he hasn't got 'time to talk' and couldn't do anything about it and that the driver must have taken it. Was so rude and completely unwilling to help. I was meant to just accept that, and not worry about the fact that I paid for something I didn't receive?!?? But he didn't care, they had the money. It was absolutely unreal.

Absolutely awful customer service. Didn't even bother to cook more chicken when they ran out of wings. Took forever to give the food. Told us off for talking whilst eating and taking too long to eat. Wings were overly greasy, chips were soggy, burger was extremely disappointing. Definitely do not recommend the food or the service. And they keep the change. Only giving one star because I can't give no stars. Worst chicken shop in London.
