Great Pizzas and Garlic bread. Perfect temperatures upon delivery and each was well presented and the textures and flavours were exceptional.

Pizza was fresh, fast and tasty. Price is very reasonable too. Will definitely be going back

I did place signature cheesy pizza which is included 3 type of cheese but they did put ordinary chess not other two. But fast and fresh pizza.

Delicious & Fresh pizza’sI ordered a meal deal with cookies but they had 1 missing for which they send a Nutella Pizza complimentary.Shows their committed customer service.The pizza were not out of the world but the service surely won my heart.The cannoli with pistachio filling was yummy.The homemade kinder cookie was so decadent & chewy. 😋

Firstly, I want to congratulate the staff and the restaurant for making one of the best pizzas.Secondly, so far I can say that from Fireaway I have had the best pizza. Since I have started living in the UK, I have tried many pizzas and none of them were not even as close as the one from Fireaway.And finally, I am extremely happy to give you 5 stars. Again without any doubt one of the best pizzas.

Really awesome pizza and sides, the crispy chicken strips were particularly good 👌 the pizza is always excellent, and it comes out so quick! Worth a go

Ordered food via Deliveroo app. The Sutton branch took over 90 minutes to get my food ready, after ringing them a number of times.. I was told the food would arrive five minutes... 90 minutes later food was delivered. VERY COLD. poor service

Excellent service even when things go wrong. So food is usually excellent from here but ordered loads of food and after an hour and a half of it not showing up I called to find out where it was to be told its on its way. 20 minutes pass and no pizza I live an 8 minute drive away. I then get a call from the driver to say he has left it on the floor outside. Pizza stone cold so call to complain. Get a phone call from the owner kieran apologising and offering a full refund plus a free re order next time he was very sincere and explained he had had some issues with drivers. He asks to transfer the money as quicker and wanted to ensure I was refunded quickly which I thought was a nice touch he handeld the whole situation professionallyand with empathy. I thought this was excellent service from the owner and complement his understanding.

We ordered two pizzas yesterday at 19:37, payment went through, never got any order confirmation, tried to call them, no answer. We decided to prepare food ourself. 20:00 o'clock got a message saying oder delay by 20mins. Pizzas arrived at 21:00ish. We understand the delay due to the virus disruptions but at least we were expecting some kind of apologies. Nevertheless we looked at the pizza and one of those was a peperoni pizza rather than a "build your own" which had 6 ingredients but peperoni. It is not the first time that mistakes/delays of these kind happened, however the staff never refund anything. I hope I'll get contacted by them, Let's see what happens!!

Ordered a veggie pizza from Fireaway through Deliveroo...I was expecting more of a sourdough type base. The pizza seemed ok quality, but I probably wouldn't order again.
