Good snacks especially the Pepporoni Pizza.

Have the woman £9 instead of £7 but she only gave me £1 back. What a joke! Happy to risk her job to take £1 off of us 🤦‍♀️

Good choice of food easy to purchase quite a queue to go in store

I have a delivery,once maybe twice a week,i leave a note every time and its getting a joke now,My last 8 orders have been wrong or has had stuff missing,

I ordered a chicken bake and yuck!! There food aint even luke warm.. the short man arguing with me they don’t sell hot food but there ads visualise steam to show its hot food 🤦🏾‍♀️ lol never again.. west croydon better in food quality but i guess most Greggs staff are rude period!

Tried the vegan meat pie, it was cold and very salty not a pleasant experience. The tuna baguett was decent enough with the latte! All very good value for £4.80.

If it was possible to leave zero stars as an option then zero would be used.In my time (past tense) as I no longer choose to use this company I have never met such unhelpful rudeness and general disinterest for a customer in my life. Everything seemed too much trouble, savories we're always cold and when asked to warm up my purchases (yes I'm a paying customer) they couldn't and kept giving me nonsense like they are allowed to. Really? The hygiene/health and safety element to this branch is also alarming as often or not wandering pigeons will just walk into the shop and congregate on the tables where people eat, staff never seem to be bothered about this and generally don't care (this is a food establishment)The branch manager (Roman, black hair glasses who has an accent) needs further training if I'm being honest. No service with a smile, seems to challenge customers if asked anything and when getting in touch with head office they are just as bad if not worse, which in a way makes you wonder why branch staff are the way they are if they are like that.I'm sorry Gregg's you were once ok, but losing customers over the years is understandable and now adding me to that number, well where does it go from there. Avoid!!!

Food hot, it is not - if you love a Greggs Steak Bake (as I do), jump on a train from Sutton to Wallington, pop into Iceland and grab yourself a box of frozen 'Greggs Steak Bakes', stick them in that thing called an 'Oven' at home or work and boom, a tasty, hot Steak Bake - this review is based on purchasing a Steak Bake or Sausage Roll every other week at this branch for over five years - The UK gets more heat than the food at Greggs, 72 High Street Sutton
