We use this place regularly and are normally satisfied. We ordered tonight, and were told an hour's wait. We called after 1 hour and 20 minutes to check where our food was... and again after 1 hour and 45 minutes. The food finally arrived after more than 2 hours !! It was cold and the potatoes in the Bombay aloo were too hard.A very disappointing experience with no excuse or no gesture to compensate for our long wait...

I was just walking past this place and popped in for a quick meal. I had an excellent chicken palak and paratha. Lovely food, good value, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated plus the staff were helpful and attentive. All you can ask for in a local restaurant. This will be my new local and takeaway as my old one closed. Chatting to the owner, he's been there over 20 years. Always a good sign.

I only order takeaways from this place once every month on an average, Usual menu nothing new that you have not tried before, Why I go back to them is because it is very friendly priced, good portions and fast delivery. When you have spent a lot in the week on food and like to take care of your pocket this is the place to go. otherwise there is no wow factor or anything in particular that stands out or I could recommend to order. over all a decent 3 stars!

Great food, midweek special is out of this world. This is the best curry by far around. Try it. Can’t beat it for value

I have always found the food at this restaurant totally authentic and delicious with very generous portions . The staff are extremely friendly and polite. They are very accommodating if you would like a particular dish altered to suit your taste . Even with delivery the food is hot, promt and to the same excellent standard as the restaurant food. My first choice for an Indian meal in this area.

Athough we normally get a takeaway from here and pick it up from the shop the food is normally good. However the past two times have had a chicken dish the chicken has been pink and raw. The coconut rice had salt instead of coconut and a side dish is normally missed off.

Ordered a green tikka masala, it turned up pretty much raw, warm on the outside, pink in the inside. Rice was cold and when we called to complain we were accused of lying. Then the manager started shouting down the phone, at my partner, who then past the phone to me. The manager was rude, aggressive and said he was sending someone round.Refused to give us a refund, then said he would replace curry only but tomorrow not tonight, and not the full meal.... I would never ever order from here again! I will however report to the food standard agency

Its a local curry house to me, which i visited for the first time the other day. Myself a couple of friends had a really nice meal, service was good we weren't rushed nor were we waiting any length of time for the food to arrive. When the food arrived it was hot from the kitchen and its was very tasty. I've had a few curries out and about recently and i can say this was one of the best. Prices are as you would expect nothing was unreasonably charged , and the staff are friendly which always helps.
