India Indian Restaurant And Takeaway in Sutton

I'm not joking this is the best food place I use in sutton can understand why anyone would give these guys a 1 star if I could give 10 stars I would!

Fabulous food,large portions, reasonably priced.Staff, so helpful.restaurant clean and well presented. Been using here for 20 yrs+and have never been elsewhere for curries.Worked in a curry house in Northamptonshire 30 years ago and can recognise a good curry because of that.Raj the manager is so welcoming. Oh and deliveries always on time

Had a takeaway last night, outstanding quality and quantity for the money.When I collected the chap who gave it over was very polite too.We will be back

Unfortunately this isn’t a restaurant I’d recommend eating at. The food is oily and bland. Wasn’t to mine nor my family’s liking and we’d consider it below average in comparison to similar restaurants in the local area. Unfortunately I have to say that the decor is quite dated and a refurbishment is really overdue.Hope to see things improve in the future.

As a local I used to go there when came to sutton long time back. Then i realised he started reducing the quantity of each of the item. Their waiter was misbehaving one day when I had a doubt for salad as he charged for it and I never paid for it before. So I asked him to call the manager and he was rude and misbehave with me. Stopped going there any more and not recommend to anybody. I saw Paul Scully posted the pictures with Owners but I have written to him not to promote the people.

We ordered a take away and were very pleased. Food arrived so quickly. They forgot a bread that we didn't notice but while we were serving there was a knock at the door with the addition items. Me and my dad both thought the sag aloo and onion bhaji were the best we had ever had and the rest was delicious too. Portion size were massive. Was a bit on the expensive side but feel it was worth it.

There are multiple reasons for which I would advice against this restaurant.The food was very generic tasting with onion & tomato flavour in multiple dishes we ordered. But I did not find quality issues with the food.They follow some shady practises with invoice and billing. Instead of a proper invoice, they gave us an illegible hand written paper with hidden charges. When asked for a proper invoice, they argued with a disrespectful tone, that they can't give a proper invoice and that is it.When we asked for a couple of left over dishes to be packed, they packed both of them in one box, just mixed them both. That was quite disgusting.The staff is quite rude, especially to us as Indian family. They were not rude with the other customers, who looked like they were natives.

We love this restaurant! My partner and I, eat at (takeaway) Indiya Indiya regularly, infact its the only restaurant In Sutton we eat at really! The food is really tasty, consistent every time, reasonable price and lovely staff. I highly recommend the Matar Paneer and Chana masala dishes - 10/10!
