KFC in Sutton

It is a long way from Kentucky and a long way from haute cuisine. Once in a blue moon is acceptable but I wouldn't recommend on a regular basis.

Ordered on a Thursday evening through the app, collected in store to go back home, which was a challenge in itself due to the paper bag getting wet from the drink, and I was seconds away from dropping my drink through the bag on the street. Talking about the drink, my Cherry Pepsi did not taste like cherry at all, and barely had any gas. The fried chicken itself is just average. Miles behind what Jollibee tastes like, to give an example. But hey, that's the only option we have in Sutton for fried chicken, if you don't wanna order from those halal shops 🤢

Staff are competent, no where enough though as tables often unclear, dirty and bins overflowing. Can sometimes wait to receive a complete order if you have made alterations.

It's not my usual KFC as I don't live in Sutton. But I enjoyed the visit anyway.The service was extremely quick as it was pretty quiet when I came in.Well done KFC Sutton.

This 1 star review is purely because of the fake gravy they're selling. They charge you for this yet the consistency and taste is absolutely not the signature kfc gravy. this is soup.

Always good service in this particular restaurant particularly from Farhad who I believe is the manager and a sweet girl who’s name escapes me. Great staff helpful and efficient. This branch is defo the best in the area. Always a great place to pop in for a speedily served ice cream in the summer too. Personally I’d highly recommend

Lack of customer service and chicken bucket's pieces not the greatest.I needed to place my order at the till as I was going to pay cash. I got eye engaged buy took a while before I got served as everything seemed to be more important, such putting a very small piece of paper in the bin that wasn't going inside thr bin and reattempt were made till happened. I ordered and when my number was called i showed up for collection and the bag with the bucket and chips was given to me with zero engagement, no eye contact, no words, no nothing, pretty much throwing the bucket on the counter towards me looking back to the new check on a screen.They might get paid minimum wage but a minimum of customer service must be provided. Not expecting 5 star service or the extra mile but a single word such thanks would do.I work I'm catering for over 20 years and this is bad management nothing more.

Manager runs this branch very good, it’s like he owns it. Freshly cooked products, good service. We are very happy with the team in that branch. Well done everyone 👍

I 0rdered my food just before 1pm today this afternoon it got to 1.15pm still no food until one of the managers came out to me and told me my food will take another 45mins which is quite frankly ridiculous there is a reason its called fast food its because you should get your food really quickly there is no organisation in kfc in Sutton whatsoever don't wait till 15mins after someone has ordered to them tell them it will take another 45 mins yet everyone who ordered after me got all their food way before I did which is very unfair probably the worst I have ever experienced at kfc today

KFC sutton is such a disappointment, as the quality is shown on the picture for their burger. It is sad when you try buying 2 corn cobs for 2 kids and half way through your house kids are unhappy to discover one corn cob is missing ...so at every level this place is a disappointment!!
