A mixed bag, the food I had was very good. I had King Prawns Karahi and a great fresh naaan as well. The service was minimal, no attention to me as a customer and no friendliness given. A warning that the food is spciy, so someone not accustomed to spice needs to be careful. No alcohol served but others seemed to bring their own.

Disappointing food, poorly presented and missing a naan. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Bad service, placed an order for delivery at 7:30pm was told it will be 45mins. 9pm still waiting for my food. I called them twice asking where my food is and was told driver was 2 mins away. The guy started arguing with me instead of apologising. No customer service skills and no basic manners.

The biryani's and the butter chicken here are the best in South London. Try the fish Biriyani if you've never had it simply stunning and also the chicken and sindhi biryani's.The food is aimed at the Asian pallet so it is on the spicier side.

Received wrong rice, nan bread so burnt had a hole right through it. Ordered creamy mild butter chicken, was so spicy I couldn't eat it. Our whole meal was disappointing and somewhat not edible. Won't use again

I do a monthly visit here and usually the food is on the good side (provided you stick to some known ones).Food is oilier than I would like. Their freshly made tandoori roti and paratha are excellent.Last visit was a bit disappointing... The tandoori chicken and the chicken kebab were both tasteless and for a moment I thought I had COVID symptoms but their lamb kebabs saved the day.Recommended dishes - ginger chicken, karela ghost, mutton tikka, Dal tarka and bhindi (last time was not so good but is generally nice).Definitely recommended for a good Indian curry for decent price.

Absolutely disappointed with the food and the staff. We've been here plenty of times before and always came away saying "you get what you pay for". This time was different. The staff didn't care. Our curry was milder than mild and very oily (even after asking for extra spicy with chillies). I had to go to the counter to ask for something as the waiter refused to come over maybe because I'm a woman, as when my husband asked they came straight away. Other guests were extremely loud which we catered to until one of them called my husband disgraceful names only for looking over at them. The staff are ignorant and when we asked them to move us, we were ignored. Utterly disappointed

Used to be good but last few times food is inedible tasteless and karahi is no different to a normal curry!! I have vowed to never order again. Total waste of money!!! Curries from supermarkets taste better.

Continuing on from my search for the best biryani, I visited Lahore spices.Well they didn't do too bad!Firstly the portion size was more than enough for one person. Secondly, the presentation; a traditional looking chicken biryani dish which was pleasing to the eye. Finally, the taste; I have to say I was impressed! They didn't hold back on the masala which gave it that traditional 'authentic' taste, garnished with fried onions. But what really stood out was the price! At £4.95 and that in London too, has got to be the best VFM biryani I've had so far.I'd definitely go back!
