Wrong order given, specifically asked for no cheese on quater pounder, ordered large fries portion so small I asked for them to be topped up. Staff talking amongst themselves. They don't care about the customer

Waited ages for my food and as usual they make the drinks for the order way ahead of time so by the time you do get your food they are watery from the ice and because my burgers were sitting around they were luke warm

The delivery service is real rubbish. This branch deserves a reward for never putting any dips when ordered. 10th time in a row. Maybe staff should learn how to read orders would be a good start

Sometime due to rush it takes a lot of time to get the order.I ordered vegan burger twice and both the time my order was missed and I had to ask the member of staff to get that checked. They literally had no clue 🙂One of the chicken burger I ordered in recent visit was half cooked and had to change it.Washroom need more attentions for cleaning as most of the time they are smelling and awful.

People have to understand we are always short staffed and when we get problem customers/rude customers and it shows up the service. We always try to keep everything moving and quick/fast service but in our defence where not KFC and we always have a clean lobby area as well. Please give us a chance I would be more bothered if it was a silver service company but it's not. Please be patient!!! THANK YOU.

I wouldn't usually review fast food like mcdonalds but got to a point now that thisbis the only way to help head office and this business in preventing loss of sales, my entire household order from this mcdonalds via uber eats on a regular basis, around 3 times a week, not once have this Venus been able to add a straw to any drink order or able to have chips arrive that are not cold, and by cold I don't mean slightly warm, I mean cold! This is concerning considering the destination of the order itself is only a 3minute walk away. For this reason we no longer order milkshakes as we can't drink them and we Jo longer order chips as we can't eat cold chips, so in reality every time we order a single big mac it would have been a big mac meal but we don't bother anymore. These are sales your business is losing, this has been ongoing for months and I just decided to complain here today as uber eats ignore such complaints not realising that a milkshake is useless without a utensil, if you want to instantly boost sales here then you need to enable people to upsell to themselves by providing a straw and ensuring food is to temperature when leaving the business. Our household alone has saved about £15 per order by not upgrading to meal for some time now, but this is a direct loss to mcdonalds due to the inability to provide the consistent service that some other sites are capable of. If you are theanagernof this site I expect if you fix this simple issue your uner eats sales will increase as people will be able to accept an upsell without knowing it will be a failure.

It's your normal McDonald's but be prepared to wait for your order.Ordered via the app well in advance of my visit. Once I arrived the place was full of customer all waiting for orders. In total I waited 15 minutes for my order. At other sites the wait is 3/4 minutes.The staff were working flat out but there doesn't seem to be enough of them.If you can avoid this one and go to the one near Tesco's, far quicker and has a drive through.

Quite busy afternoon when food came it was stone cold So took it back and the staff were amazing one of the managers (male) went beyond and couldn't apologise enough well done young man 5 stars for your work

What is going on with the hot chocolate? Over the last few months it’s hit and miss as to whether you’ll get a decent hot chocolate or a cup of hot brown water. Today it was a cup of hot brown water! Standards are slipping! Really disappointing McDonald’s. Plus, how long does it take to actually make a drink???

Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and it came with no sausage, egg, or cheese. Not sure how you can mess that one up, but a toasted muffin is not going to see me through the morning. Shocking quality assurance standards and laziness at its height. P.S. my partner said thanks for the pancakes. I, on the other hand, might just eat him.
