McDonald's in Sutton

Very slow service, even though there were hardly any costumers in the restaurant. Staff were polite

If McDonald’s cared more about reputation than profit they would shut this place down. Poor service by untrained staff . Warm drinks with no ice. Table service turned off so you have to wait in a crowd of 30 people to hear your number. Machines not printing off receipts. Rude staff when you ask for mistakes to be sorted. Just in general absolutely disgusting service. And don’t get me started on the state of the toilets

It can get busy but the staff work through the orders as fast as they can. Better to order on the app if you have it.

I rarely give a bad review but this one deserves it. 4 out of 5 screens not working, stand in a queue to order from one screen and that one does not print a receipt at the end of the order. To top it all while we ordered 2 Mozzarella dips along with other stuff they only gave 1. This happened three times in a row, the last two times I checked and mentioned it and was promptly given the second one. This time forgot to check and only found once reached home. Twice I can forgive owing to the rush but thrice in a row makes me think someone enjoying all the free dips at end of the day :(

At the end of the day it's McDonald's, you know what you are gonna get so I will rate it by the 2 variables. Firstly the service time is the slowest I've ever seen, guaranteed a minimum of 30 minutes until you get your order. Secondly, the ice cream machine is working about 75% of the time and you will receive your mcflurry melted about 100% of the time.

All was good here. Food arrived quickly, nice staff, big interior and many spaces available. Toilets were also clean.

Absolute shambles of a service today. I waited 35 minutes for my order.The staff were extremely slow, the guy handing out the food didn't look like he knew what he was doing half the time. The machine to order the food didn't print off tickets and just gave number so some people didn't even have tickets and ended up waiting longer.Some customers waiting gave up and asked for a refund. I felt sorry for the manager in charge cos he was running about everywhere but the other staff members were so slow.Only reason I gave a 2 star is because my food was still somewhat hot and tasted decent but 35 minutes for a fast food place is a joke.

Wrong order given, specifically asked for no cheese on quater pounder, ordered large fries portion so small I asked for them to be topped up. Staff talking amongst themselves. They don't care about the customer

The delivery service is real rubbish. This branch deserves a reward for never putting any dips when ordered. 10th time in a row. Maybe staff should learn how to read orders would be a good start

Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and it came with no sausage, egg, or cheese. Not sure how you can mess that one up, but a toasted muffin is not going to see me through the morning. Shocking quality assurance standards and laziness at its height. P.S. my partner said thanks for the pancakes. I, on the other hand, might just eat him.
