Morley's Fried Chicken in Sutton

I went in & bought a 2 BBQ & chips, which cost £4.80, so I could charge my phone, only to find that the plug socket wasn't working. Service was very slow & I had to wait for a long time while they were processing Deliveroo orders.

Decent food, good price, and pretty quick.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!We have been waiting for nearly an hour after the expected arrival time for our order (including the hour wait as they got the food ready). When we call them no one answers the phone. Never ordering from here again.

DO NOT ORDER2 weeks ago we ordered and I was waiting 1,5hour I have been contact them 3 times and they was oh,is on the way,I say I want to cancel the order and they say you can't is on the way so my husband was mad and start screaming and then the guy says ok we cancel it,today I say give one more time try as we was with friends and we was looking for something quick,ffs again 1,5 hour and when I call the guy says the driver is on the way after 30' came. The worst ever,no communication and the food comes cold.

The woman behind the counter has no idea what she is doing. I have no idea why motley’s employed her. She has absolutely zero drive to get the work done and dosses about. It’s called fast food for a reason and she makes it slow food.

The chicken here is much tastier than KFC and a lot lot cheaper that's for sure, the only downside you can only get Morley's in South London which is great for South Londoner's 👍🏾

I order deliveroo from this place last night. The food was utterly disgusting I have never experienced it before I usually get it from them. but recently I think that staff is careless and cannot prepare the food to the standards. The fillet burger meal the breast had so much salt in the breast and was chewy and dry. I will not be ordering from them again.

Wish I could give zero stars! Made me wait over 2 hours watched the progress of the order on my phone switched between 4 delivery drivers,cyclists,mopeds and then they decided to cancel my order because they were now closing! Its now to late for me to order elsewhere! Will definitely not be ordering from them again!!!

This place is a real hit & miss. Some days the food is decent and some days they compromise you as a customer giving you the cold and old chips and chicken that has been sitting out for while (which has been made a long a time ago in the day). That's quite bad customer service for a business. On the other hand the people that serve you are kinda nice so that's 1 plus point.

We received our order to find a skinny worm inside the burger. Upon contacting the restaurant as this is a huge health concern. We got rude service saying the burger was cooked at “300” degrees. I told him that the worm could’ve come from the salad and he abruptly told me goodbye contact Uber eats yeah yeah good. This is completely disgusting and very very poor service. We used to constantly order from this place to receive horrible treatment when it is not our mistake we discovered a worm.
