Nando's - Sutton in Sutton

Very lovely and helpful staff! The digital ordering menu was missing a few items but staff said those items were still available so we ordered at the desk. Quick and tasty :)

Its a Nando's!! But the restaurant is comfortable and staff make the place. Enjoyed the food. Would go back

Very good service provided. Food was really tasty, but I thought the bonelles sharer plater has a small portion of chicken for 2. Staff were friendly and manager also.

Bad experience. Firstly was joined by two friends who have Blue Light discount, one of the managers claimed he didn't know what that was, eventually by saying they were police, he went and got two codes. We ordered our food on the app and within 10 minutes, starters arrived. We however had no cutlery or drinks. 15 minutes after starters, the first of our mains arrived. I went to check on our drinks and was greeted by a girl who didn't apologise but simply said "We're really busy". I can understand that, but they aren't even making drinks, they just have to bring the glass to the table and customers fill them up themselves.. Eventually drinks came, the other mains came (still no cutlery). Food was fine but the service overall was just bad. Won't be returning.

This fast food restaurant is top-notch! Tony and Niall's service was outstanding, and the rest of the team was fantastic!I will definitely be recommending Nandos to anyone who wants great food served by a brilliant team!

The chicken is getting smaller and smaller... last time I bought a quoter chicken and i got a very small leg.

Welcomed into Nandos and shown to the table very professionally. Unfortunately the QR code didn't work (URL wouldn't load) so I had to go up to the counter to order. I found the food to be too expensive for what it was and because of that I didn't really enjoy it. I don't think their chicken burger is a good standard - while the chicken burger fillets were cooked, they were also stone cold. Too expensive for mediocrity.

The service was brilliant from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left. The staff greeted us in such a friendly manner which is very unusual in British hospitality! My 3 year old son had a bit of a cough (had a negative PCR test yesterday before you say anything) and the manager brought a glass of water with a straw over for him before we had even sat down. Everyone, from the manager to the wait staff went above and beyond to do everything they could to give us a great experience. My son had a frozen yoghurt for dessert and dropped his spoon on the floor and the manager came over straight away with a disposable one for him in case we wanted to take it away with us (as the rest of us had finished our meals). You can tell the staff are well looked after and happy - everyone was so friendly, the food was on time and tasted great (as always) and it was just a really nice experience. Well done Nando's Sutton - we will be back!

My wife have been coming to Nandos Sutton for many years and are fan of the food. This branch has a 'new' manager who makes the experience all the better. The customer service is now A+ as a result and a good manager makes all the difference when visiting a restaurant or any business.
