Food is ok but how many times must you ask no drumsticks and still get some. They are either not listening, don't understand English or don't care. Doesn't bode well for allergy problems or hygiene. They don't care.

I am very disappointed with the service & quality of food. My fried chicken was served burnt & so when I tried to give them feedback I was sworn at & disregarded. How can a chicken shop burn chicken & then swear at their customers? I will never purchase from this place again & advised friends & family in the area to avoid it too.

Ordered online, got confirmation that order is on the way, then got new estimate as it was not despatched and delayed, after an hour the restaurant just cancelled the order just like that. Avoid.

Payed for a 12 box of chicken.The guy asked me can he mix up the chicken as there wasn't enough for what I wanted.I agreed but asked him to please only put a couple of spicy wings as we don't really like them.Got home and a 12 piece bucket came with 5 pieces of chicken and the rest was spicy wings....Very disappointed indeed. Hence not everyone had chicken that night.Not on par with favourite sadly

Absolutely terrible service it took them over two hours to deliver two pieces of chicken and chips x3 and when it arrived it was cold, when I phoned to ask why it took so long they came across rude and very unconcerned with my complaint so definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be using them again.

Been coming to this place for many years and I've not felt like I've been let down yet. I like their wide selection of grilled, fried and BBQ chicken. I personally would recommend the grilled box meals.They provide a nice portion size of everything and their chicken wings has plenty of meat on them. They do tend to stop making the grilled good late evening so it's worth going early for those.I hope you found this helpful 😃

Soo much better than it used to be a few years back before owners. Staff not arrogant . Food is okay. And can tell its improved as there are always queues. Good deals for Tuesday and Sunday too. Chicken ain't the best, and they could cook more to accommodate rush periods. This is the reason for only 4 stars

Eaten here many times and the food is excellent. Nice coating on the fried chicken, good hot wings with a kick and great chicken fillet burgers (my wife approves). Chips always fresh cooked and generous when I've been and most importantly hot. Prices good too.

Very poor customer service. The guys serving has now got my order wrong three times in a row! I am now yet again standing around waiting for 10 mins while my basic chicken fillet burger is being made. The guys serving is so rude and it's obvious he is cursing me in his language to his colleagues.

Pay no attention to the ridiculously disparaging comments,this is a damn good delivery service.We have used Chicken World 3 times now ordering wraps,burgers,ribs,box meals & simple chicken & chips.The food is superb,always arrives on time & hot,and is excellent value for money.If I'm completely honest,if I was going to have just chicken & chips I'd most probably go to KFC.But Chicken World has such a varied menu,that its a must if there's a group of you.Give it a go,you will not be disappointed.😋
