My 1st visit. Food was nice and staff were friendly. Only gripe is the temperature. It was a million degrees! There was so much heat coming off of the spot light above the table I had to leave before pudding

First time I went to a Zizzi and have to say wasn’t massively impressed. To start with this branch wasn’t very clean, there was cutlery and crumbs all around our table and there was a weird smell which I can only describe as similar to the gents toilet. The food wasn’t any better, personally I think it was tasteless and had some weird mismatch ingredients mixed in, I also ordered a mocktail which honestly tasted like Robinsons squash (even that has more flavour)The service was good though. All in all doubt I’ll go to a Zizzis again.

We came as a group of four. We were ready to order and they made us order in the phone instead of in person. The app froze because they were out of the tiramisu by the time I ordered. Had to place a new order from scratch. Then they came to our table a little after to say that one of the items I had ordered wasn't available. I asked to switch it fora a lasagne. Waited for 20 minutes and then they brought everyone else's food but said my lasagne wasn't on the order. Awful service. They also didn't bring the free pasta crisps to our table, we had to ask for it. No one came to our table as well to ask if everything was ok.

Visited as a VeganWhen entering the restaurant, we were offered the normal menus and was asked if we had any allergies. This is typically when I mention I'm vegan.we were given a free portion of pasta crisps which having sample them for free allowed me the opportunity to advoid ordering them for myself as they were bland. I was also given the vegan Festive menu, which I thought I'd check out. Unfortunately it was literally only a few choices, bread with more bread, what I mean here is they had a bruschetta followed by a pizza. Which isn't a lot of choice. The food was, ok, but I left feeling bloated.

Food was no great, pasta bolognese was a bit acidic and tasteless at the same time, the smoke burrata was sweet and the calzone had some beef brisket that was very sweet as well. I won’t come back again!

Food was lovely and the service was really good too. We had a starter, main and dessert and enjoyed all three courses

Good quality food, reasonable pricing as well. Staff all wearing masks, and ordering system all from the table due to Covid which was really easy and useful. Staff bring the food to the table and service was excellent. Polla Picante is a favourite of mine as well. Good to see quality is the same after lockdown.
