Papa Johns in Sutton

Chicken sides were nice but everything else was pretty awful. Garlic bread, dips, pizza and tater tots have made me feel extremely sick, we have eaten 1 slice each and that’s all. Called the shop to explain, manager was so unhelpful and kept saying ‘it’s your problem, your taste must have changed’. This is my first order with Papa Johns and I will not order again.We explained that we don’t want a refund for the entire order as the chicken was nice, but the entire rest of the order totalling £60 was terrible. The manager continued to say that it’s our problem and he’s not going to do anything about it. He said that the only decision to be made is if we decide to order from them again - which we definitely will NOT be doing. Never one to complain, but was so disappointed with this experience.

Normally they are good but not impressed this time, not a lot of toppings and was rubbery and didn't feel satisfied good job I never paid full price definitely not worth £20 per pizza.

Pizzas are always very good, both the gluten free and the original.The web tracker on their site is not accurate at all. It says it's on the way for 20 minutes and it's only a 7 minute drive to where we live. Its not traffic for sure cause this happened over 5 orders.Also it says that its been delivered and we usually need to wait 5/10 minutes more for the pizza arrive.Other than that Pizzas were always very good!

Some of the slices had virtually no topping. The base tasted kind of rubbery or undercooked. Generally not great pizza but the delivery was quick and polite at least.

1st time i've ordered from papa Johns and maybe the last.Pizza pretty rubbery, Cheesey jalapeno bites were horrible and the potato tots were under cooked. Not the most exspensive pizza place so i guess you get what you pay for.

Meat in Vegan pizza and garlic bread was with out cheese inspite of selecting 6 cheese option .... as well as Manager was rude and insultingThis branch is a disgrace to the brand... Look and the Vegan pizza with hardly any cheese and a piece of meat which I was asked by the manager to exactly explain what it was...

We ordered 2 veggie hot pepper passion and collected them from this stores. Unfortunately, both the pizzas were rubbery and not edible. The stores person offered partial replacement if I went back and collected. I was expecting quality not replacement, and also I didn't find it worthwhile to go back to collect again! Overall, it is disappointing that the pizzas were of poor quality as we had ordered Papa Johns from here before and we didn't have any issues.

Absolutely disgraceful branch and staff. I would give a zero star rating if it was possible however a 1 star was given.As a loyal customer I have never seen such shocking customer service of late. The store was once good but then it's rapidly gone downhill.The store doesn't follow the deals advertised and what they offer doesn't makes no sense. If you go to the store you can be offered a XXL pizza for £11.99 but if you want a delivery you can only have a Large for the exact same price?? Really?Staff have since maintained their same level of disinterest and with that attitude I'm surprised anyone would wish to order from them. It's worth shopping around for other pizza providers as the prices are getting steeper and the quality is sub standard. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
