A great chip shop in the local area. The food has always been cooked right. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Very tasty, always uses fresh oil which is amazing, you don't find that often. Very generous portions for a great value for money although never go on a Friday as the wait length is extra long due to fish and chip friday.

Really good quality fish. Huge chips. The Guys in there are always super friendly.

I worked here for a few months, really nice staff, food is great and customers are very friendly too.An issue I had was requesting days off, there is poor communication between managers. I had asked the rota manager for 2 days off a month in advance and my other manager found out only 2 days before so he was really shocked and said "this will be your last day" 10 minutes before my shift ended and he fired me on the spot, unprovoked and quite unprofessional.I guess they can't plan ahead of time about small adjustments, bit unusual as they've been a running business for 5 years.They now need new staff for busy Fridays but I guarantee it will be almost impossible to get someone for part time every single Friday. Best of luck to them.

This place certainly lives up to the hype around Fish and Chips! This was my first time having fish and chips in the UK and I was extremely satisfied with the cod we were served. As a visitor, I was expecting to get tartar sauce with the meal as well, but was pleasantly surprised with how tasty the fish was even without sauce. Would highly recommend this excellent place!

A nice bit of haddock and chips for £10.50 eaten in their clean and comfortable, but not too formal restaurant. There was a good choice of starters, mains and sweets. I had a nice glass of wine with my meal and other beers and soft drinks where available.
