Pizza hut in Sutton

Very nice pizza. I collected and only had to wait a minute for pizza to be ready. Lovely & fresh and delicious. Will definitely use this branch again.

I visit here regularly. It's reopened again and brand new site and very fresh and hygienic pizza services. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Awful experience. We were awaiting well over an hour and a half (we still have not received it at time of writing, almost two hours after initial ordering)Called up first time, was told it was around the corner, 20 minutes later - still nothing. Called again and was told i would be called back. 15 minutes later, no call and had to call again to be told they were stuck in standstill traffic and had been for around 30 minutes. At this point, it had been around 50 minutes - an hour since it had been sent out. There was no willingness to send out a new one and was told they took a turn and would arrive.Again, nothing occurred and we were contemplating ordering other food so we called to ask for a refund (we were offered a free delivery next time - what use is that to us?) at which point we were told they were making another and it was going out (again, no communication).13 minutes after this phone call we are still waiting for a pizza. Almost 2 hours after initial ordering.Have not experienced anything like this before, has been genuinely embarrassing.

Absolutely horrible telephone manner. My (20 year old) sister phoned to order a couple of pizzas tonight to pick up for collection. She was immediately told that she could not pay over the phone. She was then passed on to another member of staff who in a most patronising and derisive manner asked to speak to her 'mama or papa'. When she told him that she is 20 years old he told her that she doesn't sound 20 and to pass the phone on to her parent. Extremely rude customer service. Didn't realize you needed ID to order pizzas now. We hung up.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas and 1 pan normal margerita.Received one gluten free farmhouse with pineapple instead of mushrooms and margerita was stuck to the top of the box. Phoned the hut and they were super friendly.Sent another order but unfortunately the farmhouse gluten free was again with pineapple! Margerita pan was okay.Used to be fast and good service, but unfortunately not anymore.

Tasty tasty tasty! Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in years, and it was a great decision for a lunch time break. £5 deal for pizza and £5 for side, can't go wrong with that! It was a bit over cooked but I love pizza that way.

Very disappointed. The pizza was lukewarm, the pizza crust was soggy and inedible. The chicken pieces were very tasty but couldn't eat any thing else so ended up throwing most of it away. Not worth the money.This is the next morning and I have been sick. Convinced this is food poisoning from last night's pizza.

Absolutely shocking, waited an hour and a half, called up and was told it was on the way and the driver had left a couple of minutes beforehand, waiting 10 minutes and called again saying I live less than a mile away where was he, another twenty minutes and two more calls the driver turns up, doesn’t pull across our drive but the neighbours who were waiting to get out, the driver then stands at the door lingering waiting for a tip.The pizza was completely cold, complete waste of money and wished I saw the reviews before ordering.

If I could give a 0 I would. Waited an hour for food, pizza boxes soggy, plastic tray come through the bottom of the box, pizza crushed and cheese stuck to lid of pizza box, size of crust was ridiculous (see for yourself). Customer service rubbish, management couldn't care less about the issue. Pizza hut corporates customer service just as bad. This franchisee should lose their licence, shockingly bad and it's clear it's not a one off at all.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & TIME MANAGEMENT!Our delivery was over an hour late! Having been told at the end of the order the delivery would arrive within 30-35 minutes, we waited 45 minutes until we chased up the branch to see where the order was and were assured by a female member of staff that it was on the way. An hour later...still no sign. So I phoned and cancelled it, however, another 10 minutes later the delivery arrives - AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES LATER! So I explained to the driver I had already cancelled the order and was not going to pay for it! He phoned up the branch where the female member of staff advised him to bring back the order because it was cancelled and refused to let us have the order. Having made us wait so long she didn't even have the courtesy to apologise for all the inconvenience and neither did she think it fair to give us the order for free after making us wait for over an hour. I would advise anyone wanting to order a pizza to go elsewhere! Don't waste your time!
