Riverside Centre Willow Coffee Shop in Sutton

I have tried twice to have breakfast here and twice I have been ignored by staff. The reviews are great, but it appears only locals and regulars get good service. While I sat down today, two couples went and left, as frustrated by lack of service as I was. A local came in, was welcomed, sat down and had coffee almost immediately. There are enough alternatives in the high street, with good coffee and good service.

Really nice food and lovely staff always a pleasure whenever I visit

Friendly, professional staff. Well managed.Large menu with good food which is cooked within a reasonable amount of time.Update: This place is exactly the same inside, however the exterior has now changed and seems more modernised with glass panels surrounding the main entrance.

Very nice establishment with a very warm atmosphere, service in Portuguese and English, a huge variety of cakes and a very complete menu.Something for the whole family

Lovely place, great food and great owners. Been coming here for years. Huge menu highly recommended place for either a snack or a full meal.

Lovely cafe with friendly and quality staff. Great food for an extremly reasonable price.Great place to go for a nice lunch.

I went there for lunch on a cold, sunny, winter's day. An ideal day for a stew!Their 'feijoada' beans and pork Portuguese stew was my choice. A bottle of Sagres beer to go with it. (Super Bock is also available.)Wow. What a tasty, and large stew! It came with rice and there were various types of pork alongside the beans. The black pudding slices, made with rice, were great. Other cuts included salami like sausages, and slices of belly of pork.Very filling. Very tasty. Left no room for dessert. Must go back and try something lighter to fit in some afters...
