Only five pieces of chicken in two meals and late Disappointed

Absolutely poor! made an order at 6:15 pm on Friday for delivery, told 60-70 mins over 2 hours later and after 3 calls food finally arrived. Had been a customer for a long time and will now never use them again . Rude and no customer skills. 0* but have to give 1 as min

Go most Fridays. Great foot, great service and the waiters are very friendly. Would not go every week if it was not so good. Also great value for money.

Delivery takes ages. Avoid by any means. Food is good but it is not worth waiting 2 hours. Just find something else...

Nice sit in meal - curry, rice and bread all very good. Service fast and polite. Recommended!

Great food, thier delivery is pants, especially on Saturday night. We just had a Just Eat delivery over half a half late, that’s on top of rather long estimated delivery time. Shame because it is rather good food.

Waited over two hours for a delivery! I called them to see where it was to be told a driver is on his way. To wait another 45 mins. I ended up driving to the shop to collect my own takeaway after three hours !!! I then asked for a refund which they refused!When we got the food it was very cold and we ordered spinach and potatoes to have just spinach!!I will not be ordering from here again.Terrible service and staff are very rude just laughed at the fact we waited three hours !!!

Food very very late. Waited 2 hours for two meals and when we phoned them said 10 more minutes and it was more waiting. Do not order. Food average and customer service horrendous. Dont oreder off just eat. Says 20 minutes but then when ordered jumps to over an hour and charge you 50% of you cancel even If you try in 5 minutes of order. They clearly had not made it yet. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Had to wait for my food despite being given a time to collect. Get home and find the food cold..... so it's not fresh. And they gave me a plain naan instead of a peshwari naan.Call them and ask them to deliver the correct naan as I am not going to come out again as I have started eating and they say that they are not sure that the naan is correct despite me telling them that I have opened it and not eaten it and so they can check themselves.They said that I'll need to come and collect the correct naan as they are too busy. I told them that it is their fault and they should correct it but they refused.These guys are prepared to lose a customer rather than fix their mistake. That says it all.

They got my order wrong and told me to come to the restaurant myself to get it right as they were too busy. I told them it was their mistake and so I should not need to go to them but they should send the correct order to me by delivery. The manager refused and offered me free poppadoms for next time..... what a joke! I refused this pathetic offer and so he just put the phone down on me. Reading many of the reviews on here, seems like this rude behaviour and complete lack of customer service is an on-going problem. I did go back and demanded a refund. All you want is a nice evening but something like this completely ruins it. I'm definitely not going to be going back. If they don't value you then why would you?
