Well, I love to write a long post about this restaurant. Me and my husband visited this restaurant yesterday. The ambience was nice and warm. I loved the way it's organised.I was wishing for a milk tea(chai) which was not in list. But the people served a nice chai for me .We ordere a paneer tikka and spicy poppadam as starters and vegetable biryani as main course. Food was not too hot or cold. We could enjoy every bite of food and also they are ready to adjust the spice according to our taste. We also liked the way they accepted our view and loved their hospitality.Well I appreciate your sweet welcoming gesture and love towards preparing food for everyone when most of the staffs are fasting during the month of Ramdan.A must try place for Indian food!!

A really nice place for authentic tasty Indian food.We had a gala time. The food was delicious. The manager very friendly and service professional. We had a three course meal with various starters, biryani and goan prawn curry for mains and pudding and kulfi for deserts with masala tea and coffee. All the dishes were made to taste, generous portions and with personal care. We also had few delicious cocktails while waiting for starters.I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a nice clean place for family dine out with friendly professional service.

The food is no where close to being Indian. The service was poor, we arrived at 7:30 and got our main course at 9:15. Highly overpriced for the quality of food they serve. If you are looking for authentic Indian food, please do yourself a favour and stay away of this place 🙏🏼 The place has Bangladesi chef and perhaps the owner as well. So I am not surprised that the food was very sad and not really Indian food as such. The reply from the owner shows his hospitality and level of rudeness!!. I am not racist in anyway, just trying to tell people that this place is not an authentic Indian restaurant and doesn’t serve authentic Indian food. The service was very poor and no matter which restaurant it is or run by whoever, that doesn’t change that fact. We had to practically wait for 2 hours for our food. By the way I will be crazy to come back to such a place ever again!

I ordered a takeaway for delivery through Deliveroo. Order was placed around 7pm and immediately accepted and my order was ‘being prepared’. After two hours my order was still ‘being prepared’ and multiple riders had arrived to pick up my order from the restaurant and then left again as it was not ready (according to Deliveroo customer services). All of this would have been just about alright (seeing as it was a Saturday night) if the restaurant had just picked up their phone to my calls (I tried 15 times but it just rang and rang each time) so we had no idea what was going on. Tried to cancel through Deliveroo app but was told I’d still be charged as they’d already started preparing it.Eventually we gave up and cooked our own dinner and had just finished eating when the takeaway arrived 🤦♀️Incredibly frustrating as it really was absolutely delicious and I would have loved to have been able to both recommend it, and order from there again. However a 2.5 hour wait with no communication whatsoever is absolutely unacceptable. I should also point out that our order was 2 curries, one rice and 2 naan. It was a very small and simple order as well! As I say, a real shame as it was extremely tasty but we won’t be risking a repeat of this so won’t be trying again.I’d love to know what had happened- whether they were just extremely busy or if our ticket had got lost 🤷♀️

We have just returned from here very unhappy with the whole experience. Waited nearly two hours for our food !! The food was nice but too long to wait. The waiters seemed like they didn't want to be there . We spent £230-00 there and we had a very bad time. Will not be going back

Went there Friday 25th March and the food was lovely once we got it but the service although pleasant was so slow, especially when waiting for drinks!

Nice enough food, but waaaaaay overpriced for what it is. I'm happy to pay 15/16 quid for a really nice curry but this was average and nothing more. If the prices were in line with the quality of the food, it would be a 4* review. The butter naan was super fluffy and yummy though.

There are a few nice Indian takeaways in Carshalton/Sutton…but our takeaway from here was Exceptional! Everything was super hot from a quick delivery, full of flavour and although I was full I didn’t want to not finish my plate. Can’t wait to order again, either in person or another delivery. Well worth every penny - thank you!
