Slug & Lettuce in Sutton

Decent food and drinks at a reasonable price. Good lively atmosphere on a Friday night. Was very busy so tables got a bit messy with plates and glasses being left for hours, and the bar staff seemed very rushed. I would still return again though.

Fab vibe, good food and amazing cocktails!!

Went for a drink with a colleague. Lovely pub and restaurant in High Street Sutton. Has outside seating. Staff accommodating. Nice and vibrant interiors. Very good cocktail deals. Bar area is huge with loads of drinks, beers, alcohols to choose from. I recommend this place if you want celebrate special gatherings with families, friends and colleagues. No parking onsite but parking available near the area. Walking distance from Sutton, London train station. Public transport nearby as well. Affordable and will be back soon.

Booked the Bottomless Brunch for a birthday. Was a fantastic occasion and the staff ensured our drinks were never empty. Would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it. Was a much better time than I was expecting it to be!

Great ambiance, ample sitting space with good variety of fresh food.Loved the Gyoza and Calamari sticks as starters and then Fish finger wrap with fries.The staff is very hospitable & warm.Lovely place to sit and relax & enjoy your meal.

Normally I would say that Slug and Lettuce is a nice pub, nicely decorated with great offer for cocktails.However, on a Friday night I was refused entrance just because I was alone, of course didn't insist. I wasn't drunk and it was around 8.30pm. At first I just went away but on reflection I think this is discrimination. Why can't we go to have a drink or maybe a meal on a Friday night if we are alone?? Is the pub only for couples?. They must have a reason but not sure if should seak legal advice on this matter. On the other hand, I went to a different pub, still alone, and there was no problem. Something is weird about this rule and we need to understand why is in force.

Great atmosphere and music, great food and drinks, great price. Bar staff and door staff were super friendly. We had an amazing evening!
