Starbucks in Sutton

I love it 😍, very professional staff

Originally ordered 2 Frappucinos, but no straws arrived with them. Called up the shop and the manager was very helpful, explaining the process. I ordered another couple of things from there, and the lady who answered the phone comped the price, so that all I paid was delivery! Came fast, and all tasted great! Thank you! :)

It was nice. I had a strawberry acai refresher but it was 25% drink and 75% ice. It still tasted very good and the strawberry flavour was strong. Don't eat the strawberries in the cup though because they're frozen and that is weird.

The design of the shop is all back to front, and so people queuing to pay had people trying to view the drinks and food cabinet, fine if quiet, but it wasn't, a d I found it stressful and had to wait ages. Doubt I will go back

Had coffee. Far too strong/bitter. Staff not friendly and spent their time talking to each other

Firstly the man at till was serving a customer then just walked away with no one attending till. There was 3 ladies behind counter and just ignored the cue which was long, I had to ask if anyone was serving and just got a look.... They are very rude staff, shouting people's coffee's at end of counter, no please or thankyou and no smiles. Your goods cost alot so expect better service or send your colleague's on a Customer Care Course

Needed a large mug of piping hot Cappuccino which was exactly what was provided, also delivering on reliable coffee taste too. This café is always busy which is not surprising, given it's warm welcome, clever range of large tables/seats for big groups/families, small tables/seats for 2 & even comfy sofas; catering for all it's customers including those who may have difficulty sitting down/getting up or those plagued by backache. Toilets, which include disabled toilet with baby change facility, were closed although to be fair café was preparing for closure. Although we only went in for a hot drink, café also have a great range of very tasty hot/ cold light meals/ snacks, along with cold drinks & healthy smoothies (as we've sampled these before), which can be purchased for in-house dining or take away. Great little café & pleasant hardworking staff.

Sadly the staff are a bit rude and unhelpful. Because they've changed the layout, customers were coming into the store and standing where people were waiting on their orders. Other customers were kind enough to tell them that they were waiting in the wrong area. Staff just ignored them. Staff could smile a bit more.

Recently ordered food from your Sutton branch via just eat and it arrived covered in green mould. Have pictures and the roll. Someone needs to reply to my messages ASAP or I will be posting to news papers and social media
