TAS Turkish Restaurant in Sutton

Staff were excellent - made the evening really relaxed and there was nothing to worry about. Good place to go for a good atmosphere, good food, good facilities and nice decor.

Current Google photos do not do this place justice. It has gone through a major extension and refurbishment. You wouldn't think much of it if you judge by pictures as most of us do. The restaurant is large, beautiful decor and the staff are great. Well presented and very polite. The food here was outstanding. Far beyond the quality I'd expected. Fab wine list too. Just cannot fault the place.

My husband and l enjoy going here for a meal. The service is good and the food tastes great. I love the puffy bread you get too. Its best to book in advance during peak period as it gets busy.

Very good experience, the food is delicious and portions very correct.The menu has lots to chose from and the staff made us feel very welcome.Excellent atmosphere and a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to going back.We only had deliveries before from them during lockdown, but the dine in experience is a revelation.

Booked a table of 5 on a Thursday evening and every table was filled. Atmosphere was wonderful and felt like before the pandemic!I ordered the Tas mixed grill for 3 of us and the quality of the meat was excellent. Salad was amazing, my only draw back was there wasn't a lot of rice between 3 of us so I would recommend ordering a side of rice if you're hungry.Service was great, not too quick like they were trying to rush us out. There is also a takeaway counter at the side of the restaurant which seemed busy. Seating outside available but far too chilly in February!! Will be back!!

Very good for a local Turkish Restaurant & the best I have come across in South London. However, does not come close the standard on Green Lanes in North London, in terms of quality, portion size & service. Also extremely bizarre that the do not serve Turkish tea & charge for bread, this is not the norm.

Lovely variety of food, between 4 of us, we started with cocktails, then had 6 starters to share and then the mixed grill between us with a bottle of house red. Can't fault any of it. Great service too. Immediately greeted and made to feel welcome :) great evening

Great atmosphere, some of the best tasting food I've had in a long time. Good sized portions for what you pay for, that's important for me. The staff are also very chatty and engaging. Will definitely make a habit to visit more this year with family and friends. You guys have to try it!! 👍🏾👌🏾

Just had a takeaway tonight and had to post! Simply amazing!! Delicious fresh food and both my husband and I cannot believe how good it was! We have been searching for such a good place and now we have found it. Thank you very much. We had the lamb and chicken combo and a chicken shish. The bread was fluffy and the heat from the marinade spot on! So happy thank you again!

First time we have been since the refurbishment and expansion, glad they kept the soul of the place though. Great food, well cooked by chef's who clearly take pride in what they do. Six of us today for a birthday meal, everyone happy with their food (which is a rare thing), massive portions, great starters and wholesome mains. I seriously won't be happy until I have tried everything on the menu...
