Went for an Office Dinner. The starters were on the spicy side though flavourful. The restaurant itself is nice, tucked away near Beddington Park, but it being Friday night was very full. I ordered the prawn biryani for the main and it just didnt hit the spot. The best part of the meal was the Exotic Mocktail. If I'd go back, I'd do it only for this.

Very well orchestrated service. Friendly waiters and waitresses. Food was lovely. Would have been better if the staff waited for a top-up of food whilst they were catering rather than trying to reduce the portion sizes until the next batch of food was sent out. Also, they need to make it clear if customers need to pay for parking because this was unclear and a number of guests for an event I was attending got a parking charge, which was unfortunate.

Friendly staff, lovely food. Bit pricy but worth trying it atleast 1 time. Try their fresh passion fruit juice.

Terrible service. We came to celebrate a birthday and the service was atrocious. The order was extremely late and biriyani was sticky and we all had food poisoning the following day. Not one but all four in the group. The food took almost an hour to come and we had to remind three waiters. There was a party, and we feel we were given the left overs. The quality has gone down significantly and we will never come here again. This used to be our favourite restaurant but sadly you've lost a loyal customer. The bill was close to £500 and we wouldn't mind paying if the food and service was good but sadly it was the worse. Especially getting food poisoned and bad service.

Excellent food, Good ambience, great service from staff.

This is a local place for us. I know they host weddings, receptions, parties etc. When the weather is dry the grounds are lovely, river Wandle runs through the grounds as well. The food is chinese / Indian and burgers/ chips etc. Good portions, good service and good bar.

I ordered 2 Paneer Tikka Masala and received 1 paneer tikka masala and some dish of chicken. It is such a rediculous service from such a high standard restaurant. I am trying to call them but no one is bothering to respond to my call. My kids are allergetic to it and they felt sick. My family is pure vegetarian, being a pure Vegetarian I just puked. We do understand mistakes happens but such mistakes are unacceptable. I am really disappointed with The Grange Restaurant. It was my first and last order with The Grange Restaurant. Those who are vegetarian out here please order from the grange restaurant at your risk.

My family ordered a New Years Eve dinner this evening at 6:40 pm and arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 pm to be told the restaurant was busy and that the staff behind the bar would acknowledge me when they had the chance. I waited inside the restaurant for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be told my food would be delayed due to limited chefs and then to be told that the chef was not making anymore food. The bar staff was incredibly rude. There were several food delivery drivers waiting on orders along with several people waiting to collect their take out order. Two hours of waiting had elapsed when I asked for my order to be canceled and to get a refund. I was told that refunds can not happen and that I'd have to email the restaurant in order for it to be processed. There was no management present. A person behind the bar finally brings out our food to find out order was not correct. We ordered chicken biriyani and received lamb instead. We ordered garlic naan which is more expensive and received plain naan. The naan had chunks of charcoal stuck to the back of it making it not edible (see picture attached). The service and hospitality experienced at this restaurant was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff is rude and customer service means nothing to them. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star but in order to post the review I had to select one.

Stop off for a spot of lunch. It wasn't to busy you could just walk up to a table and sit yourself in the garden. It has a big seating area outside holds 50 tables. We had to wait a while to be served as there was one person dealing with 25 tables. When the food came out it was hot and fresh i had chicken burger, my friend had fish and chips it went down alright sorry I forgot to take a picture. Staff friendly prices are reasonable. The table were dirty it was a little to much for one person to deal with.Inside the venue spacious bright and light a big bar area very clean. the toilets were a let down need to be check a bit more often. The ground surrounding the premises has a pond and a lake beautiful scenic areas where you can go for a walk a little picnic as it backs onto the park.Sorry I forgot to mention plenty of parking and remember to register your car at the bar area otherwise you will fine for parking. Worth a visit.
