First time I went to a Zizzi and have to say wasn’t massively impressed. To start with this branch wasn’t very clean, there was cutlery and crumbs all around our table and there was a weird smell which I can only describe as similar to the gents toilet. The food wasn’t any better, personally I think it was tasteless and had some weird mismatch ingredients mixed in, I also ordered a mocktail which honestly tasted like Robinsons squash (even that has more flavour)The service was good though. All in all doubt I’ll go to a Zizzis again.

We came as a group of four. We were ready to order and they made us order in the phone instead of in person. The app froze because they were out of the tiramisu by the time I ordered. Had to place a new order from scratch. Then they came to our table a little after to say that one of the items I had ordered wasn't available. I asked to switch it fora a lasagne. Waited for 20 minutes and then they brought everyone else's food but said my lasagne wasn't on the order. Awful service. They also didn't bring the free pasta crisps to our table, we had to ask for it. No one came to our table as well to ask if everything was ok.

Visited as a VeganWhen entering the restaurant, we were offered the normal menus and was asked if we had any allergies. This is typically when I mention I'm vegan.we were given a free portion of pasta crisps which having sample them for free allowed me the opportunity to advoid ordering them for myself as they were bland. I was also given the vegan Festive menu, which I thought I'd check out. Unfortunately it was literally only a few choices, bread with more bread, what I mean here is they had a bruschetta followed by a pizza. Which isn't a lot of choice. The food was, ok, but I left feeling bloated.

Food was no great, pasta bolognese was a bit acidic and tasteless at the same time, the smoke burrata was sweet and the calzone had some beef brisket that was very sweet as well. I won’t come back again!

It's new years day, my wives birthday and due to the lack of options we ended up here in the evening for a meal with her family. Booked in for 19:15 but we arrived 10 minutes early, not a problem and sat down immediately because it's not busy. 7 occupied tables, 4/5 staff. No problem right?30 minutes later our waitress finally asks if we would like drinks... Obviously and because they've taken so long we also make our food order. Now in this time another table has come in, got drinks and even received their food. Now, there is a sign saying that something items are out of stock. You've guessed it, what 4 of us ordered is out of stock, but that other table I mentioned earlier... They got what we wanted because their order was taken quicker. The waitress who took our order, came back 3 times! To tell us that what we want is not available, no apology, no initiative to check first what they don't have so she stops crushing our dreams! When we've finally ordered, it takes another 30 minutes for our food to arrive, it's at least hot. From sitting down just after 7 and ready to leave after half 8, our uninterested waitress, didn't ask if we would like another drink, didn't check if our food was alright, didn't clear our table of empty glasses and actually moved the empty bottles out of her way to put the plates down and then left them. We didn't bother waiting for her to come ask if we wanted dessert or the check because that could've taken another hour! Food was fine, but the service was awful!!!We did notice that their takeaway pick up point was nonstop! And the drivers weren't waiting at all, it was flying out! So if you want your food quick, avoid terrible service then maybe you should order online.2 stars because no one got food poisoning, so that's something.

Really bad food, no choice. Menu was small but the had no calamari, chips, appletise. Very limited. Poor service, cold food. Don't waste your money it's like the Italian version of a mc Donald's. Food had just been defrosted when it got to our table. Restaurant was cold as they had no heating but also no ventilation amidst a covid pandemic. Brought us the wrong pizza's. Looks nice from the outside but walk around the corner to casta nostra and get better Italian food with good service.

Food was lovely and the service was really good too. We had a starter, main and dessert and enjoyed all three courses

Good quality food, reasonable pricing as well. Staff all wearing masks, and ordering system all from the table due to Covid which was really easy and useful. Staff bring the food to the table and service was excellent. Polla Picante is a favourite of mine as well. Good to see quality is the same after lockdown.
